This caused a traumatic experience for her and we never went back. Fast forward to today, and I just received a bill out of nowhere. All it says is "Balance Forward" in the amount of $23.00. I called the office, and they said it was for a Fluoride Treatment in 2021. I told them it has been too long, the bill did not specify who or what it was for, and I have no intention of paying it. Terrible experience all the way around. Poor dentistry, poor office experience, terrible corporate policies. Don't waste your time or risk your health with these hacks.
