This review is for InCha, the bubble tea inside of fish noodle house. It seems like they've ironed out some kinks since I initially tried it during the grand opening. Tried it again this past weekend and it was SO good. Grapefruit 4 seasons, crystal grape milk foam, and biscoff/biscuit milk tea were all very very good. Great tea flavor on the grapefruit, and I got 70% sugar so it wasn't very sweet. The biscoff drink was surprisingly delicious. Just imagine biscoff cookies blended into milk. And the crystal grape drink is very unique, to say the least. Will be going back! Chun yang def has a rival. Side note: I still come here for the Guilin noodles but only that. I tried the spicy popcorn chicken and it wasn't very crispy. Not sure I'd get this again. The braised pork belly over rice was a very familiar comfort dish and was pretty good. Finally, I would not recommend the hot and sour beef noodle soup. It tasted like the sauce from sweet and sour pork, but imo the taste is too concentrated/salty for noodle soup. Super artificial tomato taste. The beef in that soup wasn't good either. The original Guilin noodles are the simplest and best dish here!

Wasn't that hungry so I got 2 appetizers. I got the diced salt and pepper chicken and scallion pancake. Both were fairly good. The diced peppers paired well with chicken. It was a bit salty so probably better with rice. I was a little skeptical about the scallion pancake since it didn't come with the sauce it normally would come with. It was perfectly salted and flavored that it didn't need it. I know where to get good scallion pancake when I'm craving on staten island. I got a white peach milk tea with 30% that was pretty good as well. My friend got a pork rice that was fairly tasty. It was like Taiwanese braised pork. My other friend for the beef noodles and we were confused on why the beef looked and smelled like pork. The girl who worked there was even a bit puzzled at first.

First of all, the taste of this spicy pot is good so I give a star for the taste, but, there are all veggies in the pot and maybe one or two pieces of other things like meat, fish tofu and bell peppers, I ordered the same thing yesterday, and it was better than today's, there were a lot of meat and normal amount of veggies, but not today, if you don't mind the veggies and just want the taste of it, you can give it a try. Last, one spicy pot is 15 dollars excluding tax and they need to charge convenience fee, i don't know what is it for and I don't know why, i don't think it worth 15 dollars for a bowl of veggies. I just wanna say, I eating this for meat not for healthy veggies, please make some change.

Wow this place is a gem! Came here for a quick bite after picking up my folks from EWR. Dad was feeling under the weather and wanted some soup. This was our first time here and the crew here were very helpful. I ordered the Guilin Style Rice Noodle & my parents shared the Soft Tofu with Fish Rice Noodle. Both were flavorful. They also have good selection of bobas from Incha. I got the Biscoff biscuit milk tea & Mom got mango pomelo sago. I liked my boba, Mom said hers could use a bit more sugar lol. Also loved the music they were playing! Mostly Keshi's songs I'll definitely come back!

I was super excited to see that another Asian restaurant opened in New Dorp. New Dorp has really become the China town of Staten Island! I highly reccomend the five space golden noodle soup as it had so much flavor compared to the dish I got which was the beef stew noodle rice. It seems like a family owned restuarant and there's quite a few people that work inside. Everyone is super friendly. I have yet to try the bubble teas but hopefully I'll be able to come again soon to give everything else on the menu a try.

Chicken stir fry and beef stir fry. With pickled and spicy bamboo shoots. Fried Chicken Wings on side with complementary hot tea.

I came to SI from Brooklyn to hang with my friend, we went for lunch. It was completely empty and filled up later when we received our food. We ordered the chicken and beef stir fry, chicken wings, and got complementary hot tea on the side. We dined in and the tea really hit the spot since the first snow flurries of the season appeared that day. I think basic oolong tea, unsweetened. Establishment was neat and clean, not upscale but very tidy. They put on some C-pop music for background music when it filled up. Nice vibe. Food came out fairly quickly. My friend requested hot and sour bamboo shoots in the stir fry which we paid an extra dollar each for but it elevated the taste of the dish. Would 100% recommend. Wings were crispy, noodles were amazing. Great portion and taste for the price point. We ordered bubble tea on our way out too, also great, just your normal bubble tea. They have a lot of options to choose from. 10/10- would recommend and return.

So happy to have this new edition in Staten Island. It's also conveniently located on Hylan Blvd, not far from New Dorp Lane, where a lot of other Asian eateries have been opening up. The drinks and food that we ordered surpassed our expectations. We will definitely come back and definitely recommend to others

Supreme peach macchiato on the right and strawberry green tea with peach jelly on the left.

New restaurant that also has a location in Brooklyn near 8th avenue too which we like so we decided to check the new location out as well. Came here during soft opening and ordered the following: 1. Supreme peach macchiato 2. Strawberry green tea & plum jelly 3. Spicy diced chicken (appetizer) 4. Fried bun with condense milk 5. Tomato noodle soup with pork intestine Out the 5 items we ordered, we liked items 1, 3, and 5 the best. The supreme peach macchiato was good, would definitely get this again. It was not overly sweet and tasted like actual peach. The strawberry green tea tasted a bit too artificial for us. We always get the spicy diced chicken at the other location so we had to get it here as well and as expected, was good, definitely would recommend getting this. The tomato noodle soup was really good too and would definitely get this again. I actually prefer this over their Guilin noodle soup (which is what their other location is known for). The portions are good and we left feeling stuffed. I heard their grand opening is on June 4th and there will be a discount so definitely check this place out.

Really liked this place, the staffs were nice and the place was nice and clean. The food was really delicious, I usually don't like drinking soup but the broth was very flavorful. The chicken and mini buns had to be my favorite. Definitely would come back

Supreme peach macchiato and strawberry four seasons tea

I can always get onboard with authentic Chinese noodle soup and bubble tea. We came here and ordered two drinks, one noodle soup, and two appetizers. The two drinks we ordered, peach slush milk foam and strawberry four season tea with plum jelly, were really good. Especially the peach slush milk foam. I think it's probably one of my favorite drinks. You can really taste the fresh peach in the slush. The noodle soup we ordered, Tomato Noodle Soup with Pork Intestine, was really good. It was really flavorful and had a good balance of acidity and umami. It came with pork intestines, wood ear, fatty beef slices and bok choy. The portion was quite big and very filling. Of the two appetizers, I would recommend the spicy diced chicken. It's like a different spin on Taiwanese popcorn chicken, a nice kind of spin with fragrant spices. Would definitely order from here again.

That's when we found Lion Dance in Staten Island. Honestly, I didn't expect much because this place is on Staten Island. I've lived here my whole life, and to be real, not a lot of food spots here are that good. I usually go to other parts of NYC to eat. But BOY, WAS I WRONG. I got the pork soup dumplings, lotus leaf steamed rice with beef and broccoli, shrimp siu mai, and a mango green tea with medium sugar and mango jelly. Everything was so good! The biggest surprise was the lotus leaf steamed rice, it had so much flavor and went perfectly with the beef. The portion was big too. The soup dumplings were juicy, the siu mai were fresh, and the mango green tea was super refreshing. Service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean and nicely decorated. Overall, I loved the food, the vibe, and the service. Definitely coming back and if you're from Staten Island, trust me, this spot is worth checking out!

You enter and tables are right inside. This is probably one of the first most authentic Cantonese places I come across on the island. It is unique in a sense that it tries to accomplish so much and accommodate many populations at the same time. I can't tell you if I should call it a restaurant or cafe. For instance, right when you walk into the restaurant/cafe, you get a sense that if you want to sit down to eat and dine, you can expect services. Though, this is not typically how you'd feel if you were to walk into a Cantonese bakery. In a regular Cantonese cafe, you are not expecting services. Rather, you can buy a cup or milk tea or a Bao, and you can chill and gossip with your friends. To sum up, just know that you will get service if you are getting a meal here. The waitresses are incredibly nice and warm. In the left side of the room or straight ahead from the entrances, there are counters specifically for takeouts . I ordered 1lb roasted pork, Cheung fun, a honey tea, and a Bao. They are pricier than Manhattan and Brooklyn, however, all are incredibly delicious and authentic. I recommend it.
