Sometimes I…read moregotta scratch a mainstream itch and it's been a historical PITA of epic proportions to get tickets to popular things, and striking out on tickets to KROQ's Acoustic Christmas/Weenie Roast is better left back in angsty adolescence... it's so depressing when a show you reallyreally want to see is sold out in four minutes, and I am of the opinion that I am too old to feel such acute failure. That said, I saw AFI, in all of their venerable East Bay hardcore sXe glory, in the 909 and was wholly delighted by the abundance of cheap and well-organized parking as well as the affable and efficient security officers. The venue was clean and well-kept and the space was not -too-big, not-too-small, affording me the opportunity to use my kung fu to get all the way up front and be one of the select few to support Davey Havok's knees when he crawled out onto the crowd to sing, and I could hear him perfectly because the sound levels in the joint were Just Right. (/Goldilocks)

KEVIN HART!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I came to Coussoulis Arena to see Kevin Hart perform. It was one of the best events that I have ever gone to and I've probably never laughed that hard in my entire life. The seats were amazing and the Arena had a ton of seats. The prices for the food and drink also seemed pretty reasonable for this kind of event. Noooooow on to the bad. First off, when we parked the parking attendant told us that the arena was in one direction and we saw everyone else going in another direction. Luckily, we followed all the others and were directed to the arena. Then, the line for checking tickets and security was horrendous. Not everyone got in until around 8:30 and Kevin Hart started performing at around 8:15 with the show time starting at 8:00. So a few people missed some of the show, including me. AND THEEEEN, when me and my brother were finally seated, our tickets were checked 4 times. 4 TIMES!!! It really took the wind out of the show and I was distracted for at least 5 minutes because of it. So overall, the arena had great space, good atmosphere and the show was awesome, but it was disorganized, slow and kind of annoying. Disclaimer: I got my tickets off craigslist and they may have been fake, which is why they were checked so much, but they looked real and we saw the whole show so extra point for them there. Security and entrance gets a 1, the show gets a 5. 3 overall for Coussoulis Arena

How time flies! All staff were amazing from parking lot to food venues to stage/seating area. Thank you all for your service! This amphitheater has a 65,000 capacity for outdoor entertainment venue that normally hosts live music acts & local festivals plus special events like high school graduation. Parking lot consists of paved concrete and grass area. Restrooms are available. As for seating, the chairs were surprisingly not too bad and somewhat comfortable. Last night I was sitting at Loge 7 near the second tower from the left facing the stage. Luckily, they had the big screens showing the presenters and the students walking up to get their diploma. Entering the facility was smooth. Exiting from it was challenging because there were so many people. Family and friends were trying to find their graduate student. It was chaos to say the least. Nevertheless, this amphitheater is a great place for celebration venues. Thank you!

As pricey as it was, they had no clear signs on where to go despite paying prior to concert. While parking was definitely VIP, getting stuck inside after the concert was a nightmare! People mindlessly crossing in the dark as if they were the only ones scrambling to get home. There were no guards to help guide passerby's to cross the street which held up traffic immensely. Getting onto the freeway was another story as people were drinking at concert and then driving (a rollover accident occurred.) Inside the venue, cashiers to buy drinks and food were great, restrooms plentiful. Overall, everything else was good minus parking. Upon reading the reviews, looks like I'm not the only one complaining about it. It should not take almost an hour to get out after having purchase VIP tickets worth almost $100.

Who somehow got Chaffey listed on a 'Top 10 public swimming pools near Rancho Cucamonga' if Chaffey seems not to have gone back to offering their pool to the public like they used to back when the giant pool was actual two giant-ish pools. I think you paid a couple dollars or something and got to use it until you tired out from it. It was great. Now I can't find anywhere with straight forward public pay-for swimming, and it doesn't help that the lists are full of places that have no reason to be on such a list, unless the goal is a devious one meant to screw with the heads of people like me. I have neighbors with pools, but I honestly don't like the idea of using anyone's pool that I'm neighbors with. Just don't feel comfortable with it, and I could try to explain why, but it's a personal thing that makes sense to me, and perhaps might or might not to you. It's too bad Chaffey probably underutilizes their pool now. How much pool action could they possibly have in an official capacity? Like 10% of the pool at most? That's such a waste.

They were tasty, juicy and a little bit overpriced. Overall worth it. The cocktails were very good as well. On this particular night, we were there to see a David Bowie tribute show and the cocktails were themed after Bowie songs which was a really cute touch. Parking in the area was easy and I luckily found an inexpensive spot to park. The sound quality in the venue was great and I don't think there was a bad seat in the house. I look forward to coming here again someday. The service at the venue was excellent! I had an issue where I lost something and security was so helpful. The ushers were fantastic, friendly, and caring. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The Fox Performing Arts Center is a gem of a venue! Located in downtown Riverside, it's an IE local…read morespot with the old school charm of some of LA's venues, but without the drive. Walking in is a step back in time to when the golden age of the silver screen brought people en masse to classy, red carpeted movie houses. That vibe lingers as one enters the softly lit warm glow of the lobby with its period chandeliers, dark wood painted beams, and carpeted floors. Proper old school escorts take you to your seats. Inside the theater, the stage is flanked by drapes, and aesthetically pleasing lighting sets the mood. The seats are a rare find - wooden with lush velvety fabric. Surprisingly, they were more spacious than expected. Also surprisingly, our seats weren't attached to the floor! If we leaned forward, our two seats both moved. It wasn't a problem, just surprising. We also had one cup holder. It seemed they were randomly placed with several seats lacking them. Since we were here for a concert, let's talk about sound quality, which was spot on! The speaker system provided multidirectional sound that was clear and clean. No pops, distortion, or drops here. The bass gave that satisfying through the feet vibration without rattling our teeth. The temperature was comfortably cool and never stuffy. So, why a 4 instead of a 5? While seat/cupholder were kinda just quirky, it's a matter of layout and patience. As you pass through to the interior, there's a confluence of lines that, even though people queued up as best they could, merged with those trying to find a way through. The women's restroom line - which was clean with good sized stalls - comes first, with the bar just a few yards away, followed by merch table. The bar line ended up descending down the stairs on one side while the merch table went down the other. I honestly don't know how they could manage it differently given the space. Bar and merch lines moved slowly, and I was appreciative when another joined the single bartender to help customers. Someone said there was another bar, but I was too time invested to inquire. My friend eventually left the merch table after making no significant headway after 20 minutes. After the concert, the line was back down the stairs. Patience, politeness, and flexibility win the day here. Did this take away from our experience? No, not really. We were lined up outside and entered shortly after doors opened, an hour before showtime. These logistics would not keep me from returning.
