However, the culture of the staff is absolutely different in a bad way. Typically, giveaways with the 66ers in San Bernardino were plentiful and joyous. Not here! I arrived for a Rancho Jersey giveaway and the staff stopped passing out jerseys after a few minutes after the gates opened. There were loads of fans who didn't receive a giveaway item. Meanwhile, staff stored boxes of jerseys away, I saw a dude take some to the back! What?! I absolutely hate when staff store things for themselves. It felt more like a slap in the face when they started distributing tons of rally towels instead of the jerseys. This was planned, this team's front office are cheap penny-pinchers. I arrived early before the game, I know how these events work. This was one of the worst sporting experiences I've encountered. Staff were standoffish and condescending when we asked them what their deal was? I was polite and professional, I don't like these Rancho Karens one bit. At this point, this is a betrayal to the Angels brand. I never have this happen at a major league game. Yes, I know resources vary but this is rude customer service. Only Tremor and Aftershock were chill, this team needs to cool it. I won't be coming here till people fix this mess. PS: Hey Quakes, you had all this time to revamp your merch and we're still selling Dodger blue memorabilia? What the what?! Lame.

We got there right when the game started so needless to say we didn't get a bobble head. They where only handing them out to the first 1,000 people. Come to find out people where waiting outside the gates since 5 p.m.! I forgot you can tail gate at the ball park. What a rookie I am.... My one complaint is that the concession stand lines take waaaayyyyyy to long. We where in line for 4 innings!!! That's right, it's not a typo. Four innings we waited in line to get the kids and the wifey's food and drinks. I couldn't believe it, It seemed longer than that. Our last disappointment came at the end of the game night when we sat and waited for the fireworks :(. Come to find out Quakes stadium only does fireworks on Saturday nights not Friday. Grrrrr Lesson learned? Umm do a little more research?

The fireworks were awesome & I got excellent pictures. The ceremonies were very good, honoring the birth of our country, the military, and those who have given their lives protecting us. I really hate to rate other stuff but I need to. The first base side seems to get more attention. The announcer for this event is boring! Yet, the events leading up to the celebration over shadows him. All in all, it was really great The fireworks were so awesome. I applaud the company and the people who produce such a fine show!!

I am really beginning to love travelling outside of Los Angeles for larger shows. Sometimes I…read moregotta scratch a mainstream itch and it's been a historical PITA of epic proportions to get tickets to popular things, and striking out on tickets to KROQ's Acoustic Christmas/Weenie Roast is better left back in angsty adolescence... it's so depressing when a show you reallyreally want to see is sold out in four minutes, and I am of the opinion that I am too old to feel such acute failure. That said, I saw AFI, in all of their venerable East Bay hardcore sXe glory, in the 909 and was wholly delighted by the abundance of cheap and well-organized parking as well as the affable and efficient security officers. The venue was clean and well-kept and the space was not -too-big, not-too-small, affording me the opportunity to use my kung fu to get all the way up front and be one of the select few to support Davey Havok's knees when he crawled out onto the crowd to sing, and I could hear him perfectly because the sound levels in the joint were Just Right. (/Goldilocks)

KEVIN HART!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I came to Coussoulis Arena to see Kevin Hart perform. It was one of the best events that I have ever gone to and I've probably never laughed that hard in my entire life. The seats were amazing and the Arena had a ton of seats. The prices for the food and drink also seemed pretty reasonable for this kind of event. Noooooow on to the bad. First off, when we parked the parking attendant told us that the arena was in one direction and we saw everyone else going in another direction. Luckily, we followed all the others and were directed to the arena. Then, the line for checking tickets and security was horrendous. Not everyone got in until around 8:30 and Kevin Hart started performing at around 8:15 with the show time starting at 8:00. So a few people missed some of the show, including me. AND THEEEEN, when me and my brother were finally seated, our tickets were checked 4 times. 4 TIMES!!! It really took the wind out of the show and I was distracted for at least 5 minutes because of it. So overall, the arena had great space, good atmosphere and the show was awesome, but it was disorganized, slow and kind of annoying. Disclaimer: I got my tickets off craigslist and they may have been fake, which is why they were checked so much, but they looked real and we saw the whole show so extra point for them there. Security and entrance gets a 1, the show gets a 5. 3 overall for Coussoulis Arena
