When I talk to Irene, owner of PaxLeaf Insurance, I appreciate that she not only knows what she's talking about since she's been in industry for over 10 years, but she's very no-nonsense. She gives me the facts straight up, explains policies in a very clear and concise way, and works hard to find the best deal for her clients. I've seen a few clients walk in, or call in, and they clearly trust and are grateful to her. She is super patient, professional and personable with them. I think the measure of a business like the insurance business comes down to the company culture, and Irene personality is a refreshing mix of both candid and competent. I feel very confident that her advice has my best interests in mind, and as a bonus she is also a lot of fun to work with. It's free to sit down and consult with her on your business/personal health insurance needs, so definitely give her a try!

I can tell she really enjoys making sure her clients fully understood what they are signing up for and how to maximize their benefits. She certainly exceeded my expectations from an insurance agent. While I feel my questions would cause some agents a headache, Irene always knows the smoothest way to tackle my problem as if it weren't even a problem in the first place. I feel at home with PAXLEAF Insurance. I'm happy their amazing service is handling my future.

The customer service has gone from a 10 to a negative 5 since 2000. I have asked the owner Adam Rust to release my homeowner policy with Allstate so I can move the policy to a different agent. Adam refuses to release my policy saying that "We had one hiccup with the price of an Allstate policy that we had no control over in the beginning after getting you a policy that was less than what you were paying and that employee was let go." To Adam, $87.02 may be a little hiccup; however, we work hard for our money and do not feel that $87.02 is a little hiccup.
