What made this situation even worse was her behavior before and after the error. She repeatedly talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and failed to listen when I tried to clarify details--details that would have prevented this mistake in the first place. When I finally called her out on the error, she took zero responsibility. Instead of owning the mistake or offering a solution, she became defensive and unprofessional, telling me "this is my agency, I own this, and you can't escalate to management." At the urging of my realtor, I called several insurance brokers to "shop around" and they ALL told me that they couldn't beat the price Justin and Evan gave me for even close to the same coverage.
