Working with Shannon Hartgrove was one of the worst insurance experiences I've ever had…read more She quoted and bound our home insurance using the WRONG ADDRESS, which we did not discover until after paperwork was signed. This mistake cost us hundreds of dollars and created completely avoidable stress during an already high-stakes process. What made this situation even worse was her behavior before and after the error. She repeatedly talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and failed to listen when I tried to clarify details--details that would have prevented this mistake in the first place. When I finally called her out on the error, she took zero responsibility. Instead of owning the mistake or offering a solution, she became defensive and unprofessional, telling me "this is my agency, I own this, and you can't escalate to management." That response alone speaks volumes about her accountability and customer service standards. If you value: * Accuracy * Professionalism * Being listened to * An agent who takes responsibility for their mistakes Do not use this broker. A basic error like an incorrect address should never happen, and the refusal to own it afterward is unacceptable

Very disappointing total loss payout for my Tesla…read more I usually don't write reviews, but my recent experience with State Farm has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have a 2023 Tesla Model with only 37,500 miles, well maintained and in great condition before an accident that caused it to be declared a total loss. State Farm's settlement offer was $31,000 -- which doesn't even come close to the actual market value of my car. When I checked Tesla's own official used inventory, I found multiple 2023 models with higher mileage than mine being sold for $34,900 to $35,700 -- some even higher. With the payout offered, I can't buy the same model or even one with higher miles from Tesla's own website. I expected a fair and competitive valuation, but this number feels way below the real replacement cost. If you own a newer Tesla or similar vehicle, you might want to double-check the valuation State Farm gives you. Very disappointing experience -- I hope State Farm can do better for their customers.

They have always taken the time to talk through what exactly I need and always find me the best rates/deals! As the company has grown, I am now working mostly with Meredith L., and am still getting the same great service. I love that I can email Meredith, after hours, about changes that I need to make and she will email or call the next day to start the process. Over the years, I have happily referred many clients and friends and still highly recommend them!

I was a customer for years, but they were never able to even come close to the auto rate offered by Progressive, but then when an Allstate bundle beat what I was paying for auto at Progressive and homeowners through Suzanne Brown / Texan, that made me decide to leave both of them. My exit was handled very badly, my cancellation document, which I signed and have a copy of, was never sent to the insurer, so weeks later I had to call the insurer directly and get that taken care of myself. But this wasn't the only time, many times in the past I could never get my agent to call me back. I guess she was off chasing big commercial real estate deals, and we private homeowners are too small to care about? Well, the relationship is over now, and I'm glad to have EVERYTHING at one place, where I can look at it one one phone app.

Office of Carlos Rosa - ALLSTATE INSURANCE…read more THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY FATHER!!! This is the absolute worst office we have ever dealt with. These people have absolutely scammed my dad. They withdrew OVER $5000 from his account and will not refund him the full amount. FOR ONE TRUCK!!!!!!! unfortunately we do not have a case because of all the lies they have made. They have made up notes about speaking to my dad's wife about adding my 17 year old brother to his policy. She never agreed to this. She told them to speak to my dad directly. They NEVER spoke to him directly to get approval for this and did it anyway. Do you know how much it will increase your account to add a SEVENTEEN YEAR OLD????? THAT DOESNT EVEN DRIVE THE TRUCK (he has his own little car with a different insurance agency)!!! First they said that they called my dad 3 times and he didn't answer, so they had to add my brother in. They said that's just how Allstate works. That I could have possibly understood. NOW they are saying they have notes of exact days and times of when they spoke to my dad's wife saying she approved this. My dad wasn't even aware. In my opinion, i think these notes were made up after me calling and showing up several times, very ANGRY! My dad went in to decide to renew his policy or not, which is when he was told my brother was on the account. He was very upset and said to take him off. The employees, SPECIFICALLY KARINA, did not educate him on his policy or that they would withdraw $5000 AUTOMATICALLY from his account. Had he known, he would've cancelled the policy immediately. No person with common sense would agree to pay $5000 for one truck. My dad then went in to go talk about this AFTER BEING CHARGED FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR ONE CAR! He canceled his policy and they said he would be refunded in 2-3 (another employee that give him wrong information). I had to go up there after 4 business days when "the other agent", Veronica, who is not listed as the agent, said it would be 10 business days. These people don't even know or agree on the same information. They give out wrong information and need better communication. Several days after, they refunded him short of $666. They then started claiming that he had a balance THAT HE WAS NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT!! I was sent the statement and it makes no sense. Let me give background and explain a bit about my dad. He is not up to date with the world and technology of today. I handle all of his bank accounts along with a lot of his business. He was not even aware of automatic withdrawals because he truly doesn't keep up with it as long as his bills are paid. When I saw 5k withdrawn, that's when i lost it!! I AM MY FATHER'S ADVOCATE AND I WILL FOREVER FIGHT FOR HIM! I have now spent 2 occasions speaking to the actual agent, CARLOS ROSA, and we agreed to disagree. I expressed to him that my dad does not know or understand anything about the insurance world. They do this every single day and they obviously forgot that real people exist. I gave my insight and expressed how important it is for his employees and his agency to educate their clients, especially the ones that put all their work, sweat and tears into just paying their bills. Well, CARLOS expressed to me that it is NOT HIS OR THEIR JOB to educate their clients and that it is the responsibility of them to know all of this. Fine, he's correct. BUT MY DAD TRUSTED THIS AGENT AND THE EMPLOYEES! This is a "business/money first" type of agency and that's obvious to me now. As long as they get their money, they're good! They don't care about their clients and will continue to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE THAT LETS THEM! Now think, do you want this to happen to your older parents? To you? To your kids????? We may not have been up to date with how their business runs, but we are only human beings that work hard. There was never even any compassion or understanding from them. I am absolutely enraged by their whole office. PLEASE SHARE THIS TO LET EVERYONE KNOW WHO CARLOS ROSA AND HIS AGENCY ARE!
