I also called around 3 pm and was told the nurse will call and visit my mother. They are very good at answering the calls and transferring you to the proper team. Unfortunately after this process the ball is horribly dropped. My mom is sick and dying. My dad is a senior and thought my mom passed this morning from lack of breathing. He was wrong thankfully and again we are waiting for the nurse. It really doesn't matter what service you use unfortunately it all sucks. They mean well but maybe they have too many patients and can't handle the work load. Care is 100% vital to the patient and the family. I think both sides are saddened by the work ethics this company displays!

Right off the bat they assigned him to the "wrong team," which postponed the care he should have received. Then it took a couple of days for the physician to come evaluate him. The last straw was when the team advised me that he "wasn't ready" for additional services, including a nurse to be there with him. Finally, my request was approved and he died a few hours later. That alone would tell a reasonable person that he was ready for the additional services when I first requested it. It would have made his transition much more comfortable and humane. To top it off, it took many days for the physician to prepare the death certificate so I could have my dad's body cremated. I would not recommend this company at all for your loved one. This happened seven years ago and I still feel guilty that I let my dad down.
