Without personal…read morerecommendations, the search can feel overwhelming--especially when you're looking for professionals who offer not just skilled care, but also true compassion and respect for your family member's dignity and condition. After thoroughly researching several agencies in the Boca Raton, Florida area, I chose Wellovah Home Healthcare LLC. Their website was informative and transparent, and after a thoughtful conversation with Ms. Avis Morgan a principal I felt confident they were the right choice to care for my 94-year-old brother. During his care they would have my brother singing, dancing in place, have intelligent conversations with him, take him shopping, along with what is expected of a Health Care Aide taking care of their patient who is confined to a wheelchair with toilet, feeding and showering needs. Over the past year, my brother has been cared for by two to three aides who rotated shifts. They have not missed a single day and have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my brother's extreme comfort and well-being. Their dedication, patience, kindness, and honesty toward both my brother and his wife have been extraordinary. The tasks of toileting, bathing, feeding, and managing emotional changes are never easy--but thanks to the exceptional support from Wellovah and Ms Morgan (My Angel without wings), we have been able to manage my brother's care easily. I truly don't know how we would cope without their help. If you're looking for a home healthcare agency that combines professionalism with heartfelt care, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Wellovah Home Healthcare. They have been a blessing to our family.

The aide worker was amazing, but the owner/manager was only about getting as much money from my ailing mother as she could. Our arrangement only lasted 3 weeks. During that time, the aide worked 40% over the agreed upon number of hours without obtaining authorization from me, the PoA, and when I called the owner out, she gave me excuses as how that occurred. I would stay FAR away from this company as they are not very ethical.

We weren't sure what to do, we knew we needed to find an agency and get a trained caregiver into help. After calling several agencies we narrowed the choice to three but once we spoke to the wonderful people at Home Care One it was clear that this would be the agency to take care of Dad. From our initial phone call asking all sorts of questions they made us feel like they truly cared for our Dad's well being. Not only did they answer all of our questions, they were very insightful and explained everything to us that we didn't even think of. We set up an in-home evaluation visit, and they also brought one of their caregivers they thought would be a good match to our Dad's needs. While we were going through the paperwork and asking a million more questions I noticed that the caregiver was by my father's bedside adjusting his bedding making him more comfortable and helping him drink some water. Sometimes just doing the little things without being asked makes a real big difference! They made a great match and we never felt more reassured that our Father was in good hands. They also guarantee that if we don't like the caregiver for any reason all we need to do is call their office and the caregiver will be replaced but we never had to do that! Throughout the entire ordeal, Home Care One was there taking the stress out of a very stressful time for our Dad and the entire family. The caregiver was wonderful, He did everything for our Dad, from bathing, cooking, helping Dad to eat, laundry and shopping to taking Dad to his doctor appointments. The decision to go with Home Care One was the best decision we could ever make! Home Care One is the only choice you should make! We highly recommend them!

I've been coming for two months. Mary Stern is awesome. I look forward to my next visits (which is insane if you knew me). She is very smart and knows technics for the spine that very few therapists know (McKenzie method). She cares....and that is the best trait in a heath care professional. She talks through and finds the solution(s). I was hesitant to post this glowing review because I didn't want to let the secret out. Gerry is the other therapist and seems to have similar characteristics (his patients are happy). I truly found my personal therapist for as long as Mary will take me (all future problems). No more one and done. She has me hooked on the process and my neck pain is way better than it was before I met her. Thanks!!!!!!!
