Only $3.50 for this delicious funnel cake!!!
Carla L.

This is a very nice park! Parking is close/walking distance. The prices are reasonable for tickets and concessions. Plenty of food options! The funnel cake is a must for me. At only $3.50, It's cheaper than most local carnival prices and it's delicious. They have pre and post game activities for the whole family to enjoy. We always have a great time. The fireworks at the end was a great way to finish off the night!! Hang around after the game and you might be able to catch some of the players and snag an autograph.

This is a fantastic older ballpark with plenty of modern amenities. You have your standard ballpark food of hot dogs, burgers and pizza at the concession stands. If your actually going to eat dinner here your best bet is to get the all you can eat add on for your ticket. You get over 2 hours of hot dogs, hamburgers and BBQ chicken served in the left field corner. As for the actual stadium, there is no bad place to sit. I have sat or stood everywhere while watching games and there is always a great view. The right field corner has a pool for kids on the outfield wall and on the concourse is where the kids can play games and get cotton candy and ice cream. It also has the history of the Phillies that have passed through the stadium. The wall of fame is located behind 3rd base. There you will find a great selection of craft and microbrews along with the standards at the nice beer stand. There is a small taproom located on the deck where they have plenty of standing tables and rails to eat and drink at.

I've been to FirstEnergy Stadium twice in the last few years and my two experiences were very different. The first game I saw was when the team was still called the Reading Phillies. It was a rainy day but the game went on. The fans were sparse that day giving us the ability to really see what the park had to offer and take in the Baseballtown wall of history found under the stands. It has won several best minor league park awards. And I enjoyed the game but didn't really get it. I was recently back for my second visit, on a Friday, to see the now called Reading Fightin' Phils. It was a beautiful day and a packed crowd. Now I could see FirstEnergy Stadium in all its glory. Great family fun, great entertainment. Great beer options for the adults (I even spotted some Natty Boh I'm assuming was for the visiting Bowie Baysox fans). Good food options including your special hot dog menu and helmet sundaes. Never a line for the bathrooms. I could have used a souvenir soda cup, though. And my friend was saddened by the lack of jalepenos for her nachos. One thing I do love about baseball teams is the mascots. Here in Baseballtown, there is certainly no shortage. I was able to score photos with all five mascots (Screwball, Change Up, Bucky, Blooper and Quack) by the end of the game. And after the game we were able to enjoy fireworks. Parking seemed to be a bit of a mess as well but at least they had people directing traffic (and I don't think we ended up paying for parking). I would recommend getting to the game early, especially on weekends. You may have a distance to walk from your parking spot. Overall FirstEnergy Stadium is a wonderful example of minor leagues done right. Family focused entertainment off the field while maintaining a high level of play on the field. And all at an unbeatable price.

Really nice venue for minor league baseball. Reasonable prices and polite staff. Can't wait to come back with some friends sometime.

Nice stadium, family friendly. Decent prices for concessions but you're still going to spend money. Bathrooms are clean.

There are enough security people and ushers to assist you so you shouldn't have any issues. There are food and drinks throughout the arena though you'll need a credit or debit card to make a purchase. It is definitely a good place to see an event.

Visited the Santander Arena this past weekend for an old school hip hop concert. I didn't even know…read morethe arena existed prior to my friend suggested this concert. After this show, I doubt I'd see another show here. The area is conveniently located across from a hotel, which is great if you're traveling to Reading, PA like we were from another city or state. Unfortunately I cannot review the parking situation, because with took a Lyft there. But it seemed like everyone parked away from the arena. All of the staff was extremely friendly. From the attendant that helped us find our seats to the nice lady who sold us the $15 deuce-deuce can I'd Trulys. It's really sad how ridiculous these arena prices arena! The seats at the Santander were horrible. Of course because it's a concert, everybody was dancing and having a great time, but the seats were wobbling and moving more than we were. I felt like I was going to end up in the floor! The sound system wasn't the best either. Most times, the music was completely overpowering the artist. For these two reasons, I doubt I'll be back. But the concert was great!

Season Ticket Holder Perspective (Section 104, Row C, Seats 1 & 2)…read more If you're going to do hockey in Hershey, you do it at the Giant Center and my seats (Section 104, Row C, 1 & 2) are chef's kiss for Hershey Bears games. Three rows off the ice means you feel every hit, hear every skate carve, and occasionally get a good "did-I-just-flinch-at-a-puck?" moment. And if you're lucky you might just get a puck! The view straight across the ice is fantastic. Now... the view down toward the far goal on the right? Yeah, no. The distortion from the glass is rough. It's like watching hockey through a funhouse mirror. You'll catch the general idea but don't expect crystal clarity unless the play comes back your way. Sound System for Bears Games: Let me be blunt... it's aggressively loud. Like "why am I being yelled at by speakers during warm-ups?" loud. If you're sensitive to sound, bring earplugs or prepare to be spiritually tackled by the decibel levels. Concerts: This is where the Giant Center gets unpredictable. Most concerts I've seen here suffer from rough acoustics... muddy sound, too much reverb, and vocals that disappear into a void. BUT Trans-Siberian Orchestra on 11/23/25? Shockingly great. Crisp, powerful, balanced. It was the rare show where the sound team actually tamed the concrete cavern. Parking: Oh boy. Getting in and out is a nightmare. It is chaos every single time. Too many lanes funneling into too few exits. Every event at Hershey Park, Hershey Stadium AND the Giant Center all fighting for the same roads. If you come here often, pack patience and maybe a snack for the car. Food & Concessions: Perfectly average venue fare, nothing amazing, definitely nothing healthy, and priced like it's made of truffles and hopes. You're paying for convenience and location, not culinary excellence. Overall: This is our local go-to venue, and I'll always show up for my Bears and the big touring acts. The energy is great, the games are a blast, and concerts can be magical when the sound behaves. But between the parking mess, inconsistent acoustics, and sensory-overload sound levels at games, it's far from perfect. Still... it's Hershey. It's home. And I'll be back in my same seats next week yelling for the Bears.

Tip: This arena is located at Hersheypark…read more Hersheypark Sports Complex contains Giant Center, which is home arena for the Hershey Bears, which is the American Hockey League (AHL) farm team of the Boston Bruins. The Bears have an amazing winning record. Years ago, when the Manitoba Moose (the AHL farm team of the Winnipeg Jets) was making its playoff run, it had a series against the Hershey Bears. Like the passionate hockey fan that I can be, I did a road trip from Markham to Hershey, PA. I also visited the Hershey store while I was in the city. I love Hershey's chocolate, but I was here for the game. I attended game 4 of the playoffs series. I remember speaking to a parking attendant and paying for parking. She said, "Go, Bears!" to me. She didn't realize that my vehicle had a Ontario licence plate and I was likely cheering for the opponent. I don't recall getting any snacks or drinks during the game. I do recall having a decent view of the rink and being sad that the Moose had lost against the Bears in that game. Bears fans are passionate folks. It was nice to see. One of these days, I'll need to return and take in an AHL game. I wasn't on Yelp back then and didn't take a ton of photos. I will next time. (354)

First off, parking is free, but not great. They have you park in a grassy area where you have to walk in the grass to the venue. The parking situation has poor flow when it comes to exiting the venue, so it took about an hour to leave. It's not well coordinated. I feel as though the venue itself also doesn't have much to offer. Lines for every food stall were crazy, and the offerings were underwhelming compared to other updated venues. It had the vibe of a carnival, rather than a venue. The vodka lemonade I ended up ordering was definitely not worth $26.... I'm used to these prices for concerts, but the drink wasn't particularly tasty or strong. We had seats in section 8, which was on the bleachers. As to be expected, the bleachers aren't very comfortable and there are no cupholders. I will say, the bleachers felt slightly more spacious than seating arrangements at other venues. From our view, the screens here looked really nice and sound quality was good. Overall though, I am never traveling two and a half hours again for a concert here again; not even for my favorite artist.

It ended up being one of the most fun concert nights I've had in forever. I saw Set It Off, Zero 9:36, and Hollywood Undead... in the pouring rain... and it somehow made everything even better. The whole lawn has a gentle hill so you can see the stage from pretty much anywhere. Plus it's all general admission, which means you can wander, get closer, hang back by the buildings, sprawl out on the grass whatever fits your vibe in the moment. The acoustics were solid, the energy was wild, and we even got to meet a few of the Zero 9:36 guys afterward, which basically cemented the night as iconic. If you like flexible viewing, good sound, and concerts that turn into core memories because of the weather, the chaos, and the crowd SteelStacks is absolutely worth it.

The dessert option included Italian water ice, which were chemically infused cherry flavored frozen ice without wooden spoon, just bendie plastic spoons available in plastic wrapped knife, fork and spoon napkin sets leaving you to toss the unused utensils in the trash, for the $3.00 price of the water ice you can afford the 10 cent paper wrapped biodegradable wooden spoons!

This is basically where all the major arena shows that come to the area play. I would recommend dining before arriving, as the area surrounding the arena has more than enough options. Parking is now $20 but the lot has been fully paved. Security is nothing unusual and included metal detectors but is not overbearing. Everything in the interior is located in one central hallway, so you really can't get lost, but it gets crowded. Food options are somewhat basic but underwhelming. The pretzel I ordered was terrible as it was hard, over salted, and possibly stale. The Pepsi Zero was watered down. Generally, even the cheap seats here are not bad in terms of view. The seats are not the widest, but there's a decent amount of legroom. The sound system still leaves a lot to be desired depending on the show. Getting out of the parking lot can be challenging if traffic control is not on their game, so anticipate delays when leaving. Overall, with the other options for major arena shows being Allentown, Reading, or Hershey, the Mohegan Sun Arena At Casey Plaza is good enough and will get the job done if you need to attend an arena show.

While it's only the 2nd AAA minor league ballpark I've been to, it ranks up there with my prior AAA ballpark experience at Coca Cola Park in Allentown in terms of quality. The location of the ballpark on Montage Mountain is perfect for a nice summer breeze. There is ample parking ($8 charge) in the lots adjacent to the stadium, but arrive early as the roads leading to the stadium do get pretty backed up, with the local Moosic police department directing traffic off the main road before and after games. There was a nice mix of Yankees and Mets fans in attendance for a match up against the Syracuse Mets (and a lone Red Sox fan which seemed a bit lost/out of place...lol). PNC Field is modern and welcoming, with nice open concourse areas, plenty of concession stands, multiple kids play areas, a picnic table area in left field, and some lawn seating beyond the outfield. Both the team store and concession stands were overpriced, but expectedly in-line with prices found at other minor league ballparks. Some concession stands do offer regionally local food, including Philadelphia area favorite Chickies & Pete's, and their crab fries. A few concession stands had no lines, while others like the Electric City Grill seemed understaffed, with extremely slow-moving lines. The team store I felt was a bit small and cramped, with limited shirt selection and lack of any budget-friendly merchandise. Staff I encountered throughout the stadium was friendly and engaging, and the promotional team did a great job keeping fans entertained between innings. Overall, I'd rate PNC Field a 4.5/5 minor league ballpark experience, and I could see myself catching multiple games a year if I lived locally.
