This place is new and I understand it takes time to get the groove but there was a lot of things that went wrong with our visit. We did like that they use the yelp waitlist especially since they said it was an hour wait. We figured by looking at the menu, food this good would be worth the wait. I ordered the works omelette with a fruit cup instead of the side salad and my boyfriend ordered the traditional breakfast. We both requested well done hash browns and a large orange juice. We also ordered water (three times before it made it to our table). We waited 45 minutes until our food got to our table and it wasn't worth the wait. The hash browns weren't well done and you better like onions because there is no way around it since they morning prep the potatoes by cooking them with onions. I don't mind them but my boyfriend doesn't so he was SOL on his request. The server that delivered our food had the nerve to say "those are well done" No, they were not. I also didn't receive my fruit cup and at this time the orange juice still hadn't made it to our table yet. Our server made her way to our table and asked my boyfriend what he would like to replace the hash browns and he got a pancake so we were happy with that replacement. They also ended up not charging us for the orange juice since we had to ask for it 4 times. I didn't receive my fruit cup until I was finished with my omelette and it was so small that I didn't understand what took so long to get it to us. Service was slow, oh and they remade my potatoes and brought out a new order that was suppose to be "well done" but they were even more undercooked then the first batch. If you want to give this place a try go during the week and maybe you'll have a better experience. I wish a manager came to our table to apologize since we spent two and a half hours at their establishment and didn't have a very pleasant dining experience. read more

While they work out their kinks, you are better off going somewhere else. I called in a carry out order and I was told that it would take 20-30 minutes. No problem. I left 30 minutes after my phone call. I get there and they were supposedly working on my order. 30 minutes of waiting at the restaurant and still no food in hand. While waiting this is what I observed, there were tables that needed to be bussed and it didn't happen while I was there. There was an hour and a half wait for a table and there were five tables open. Only one table was sat while I was there. If you don't mind waiting, this is the place for you. Don't go here if you are hungry. Food is pretty good but maybe wait until the new restaurant rush is over. read more

This was a nice place and it was very busy, so I would understand there's a reason for slower service. The waitress my friend and I had checked on a table that was sat after us more than once before coming to us. Aside from placing our orders, the only additional thing I had asked for was dairy free creamer for my coffee, and a couple waters. I had to ask again after our food was served because she wasn't near our table long enough to get her attention. Food was ok, nothing wild. Decent breakfast spot to dine with some friends or family. Upon first entering, the first thing you notice is the beautiful rustic feel the whole restaurant has. Its brightly lit, spacious, and well decorated with random knickknacks on the walls to add to the atmosphere. No wait time for a party of three on a friday morning which was nice. I really recommend the new unique handcrafted carrot juice drink, which comes with orange, turmeric, and coconut water. I ordered the "bacado" , which is basically their bacon avocado omelette with pico de gallo (I appreciate the funny names for a lot of their plates). The omelette was pretty good and loaded with plenty of bacon, but the crispy potatoes on the side were the star of the show. If going with a group, the mixed berry toast is a light delicious appetizer that can be shared between 2-3 people. Our waitress did seem a bit out of it, she took a while getting to our table and even gave me the wrong plate (she gave me an avocado toast plate instead of the bacado at first, but she was very quick to give me the right plate afterward so I didn't have to wait long). My husband and I been to this place three times now. After our first visit, we thought it would be a great place to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday with friends and family. They don't necessarily take reservations, but I did tell them that we were planning on getting there at 8 o'clock in the morning so they had a heads up. It worked out perfectly! They did a great job serving us! We had about 20 people. The food is super fresh and nice size portions. The juice is great, however a little bit small. I took one yelp review tip and requested no ice thinking I'd get a little bit more juice. The glass was about half full. So, that's about the only negative. I personally have had the eggs Benedict with salmon & avocado toast. Absolutely wonderful! Everyone in our party enjoyed everything as well. No negatives. The decor is wonderful. Reminds me of Chip and Joanna Gaines! The square dishes are awesome too! If you sign up for their club they give you a free entrée, which is really great! We went to First Watch on a Sunday morning, and it was a very good experience. We checked in through the Yelp App (super clutch, BTW), and when we got there we only waited about 15 minutes before being seated. The ambiance and atmosphere of FW is really cool, and their service is solid. We ordered their Million Dollar Bacon, which was incredible. I also had their Farmhouse Hash, and that was great, too. The only reason this isn't a five-star review is because the silverware was not very clean; there were food particles on my wife's silverware which forced her to ask for plastic ware. Aside from that, we would come here again (and probably will). read more

All of the food comes fresh and if you order coffee they will leave a little pot for you to pour at your leisure. I ordered the chorizo omelette. It comes with chorizo, avocado, Monterey Jack cheese, green chilies and onions with pico de Gallo on the side and sour cream on top. I had them put the sour cream on the side as I thought it was a weird combo? My dish came with multi grain toast (yummy) and greens with a nice vinaigrette dressing. You could tell the jam for the toast was fresh. I loved every bite of my breakfast!! My husband had the Cobb salad with tomato basil soup and was not disappointed either. This place is a must try! The ambience is great, staff wefriendly and very helpful, menu was diverse and food was amazing! While eating, my friend and I were never asked how the food was or if we wanted anything else. Our waiter also didn't bring us the bill until a very long time after we finished eating. I was so excited to try this place out! Honestly, I was let down a bit. I went on Saturday at noon and waitlisted through yelp at 11:05am. My friend and I got there at 11:50am and were seated at 12:15pm. We both knew what we wanted to order so our waitress took our orders went in right away--off to a good start. We were waiting a while and I had to use the bathroom so when I got up to look for those I l found vomit in the center of the women's bathroom doors (appetite was lost). I notified one of the employees and they were quick to clean that up; I don't blame the establishment for the mess, i just wish whoever's kid did that let someone know at least (how rude of that customer). Anyways I get back to my seat and waited.....until past 1:30pm when we finally got our food. It was busy when we got there but the rush was gone 10 minutes after we sat down. I ordered the matcha latte pancakes (no yogurt or granola cause yuck lol) and a side of scrambled egg white cause protein = life. My friend ordered the trifecta with waffle, scrambled eggs, and bacon. I liked my pancakes, I thought they were really soft and satisfying- nothing to run home about but I was fine with what I got. My friend was anything but fine. His waffle looked like it's batter had too much liquid in it and so the end result was a waffle shaped crisp--it just deflated when he cut into it. He also was not satisfied with the eggs (idk why, he was just being picky about the eggs) and his bacon side was two small burnt strips. I would definitely like to try this place again, and hopefully next time my visit won't make me late to work. The food is mediocre overall and the service is pretty rough at times. Although the staff and servers are friendly they are not prompt. We have been here three times and each time have had to ask for water, and have had side items missing from some of our meals that we asked about. After the last time I realized that although I thought I was getting a better value on brunch by spending less I was also enjoying it less. When my companion went to pay and complained, hostess said come back on the weekday and he promises the food would be warm. Gave $20 gift card for inconvenience. I wasn't impressed. After seeing pics of this place on yelp, I couldn't wait to try it out and high tailed my butt over there ASAP for weekend brunch. Everything was excellent here. They have a wide variety menu than can accommodate literally any taste. They even have plenty of delicious looking vegan options for those non meat and dairy eaters. I started with a coffee and fresh cream. I ordered a blt Benny with avocado and lemon dressed salad. We had a side of hashed potatoes. We had a side of sausage. And a side of the millionaire bacon. My dish was delicious. The sausage was alright. Great potatoes. And that bacon was wow! It has some maple syrup on top and a yummy taste compared to an average side of bacon. The decor is nice. The wait is long on the weekends but you can download the app and put yourself on the waiting list in advance. Major key right there. I hate nothing more than sitting around waiting an hour for a table. I was excited to hear that they may open one downriver which is closer to me. I will definitely return here.
