Regardless, we only waited about 7 minutes before we had a table! All employees were polite and working their butts off! Food came quickly and was amazing as per usual - highly recommend the Floridian French toast and biscuits & gravy meal. The only issue we had was the coffee mugs on our table when we were seated were clearly dirty - all 4 of them! This sketched us out so we did not order any drinks other than water. What a busy place but worth the wait. My friend had the egg Benedicts with a salad and I had the salad with a gluten free bread no cheese the sandwich was made with avocado spread. I was so happy the a vegetarian waitress who understood vegan eating. I was able to switch the chicken in the kale salad to potatoes. My meal was so yummy and filling . I love the pitcher of coffee and how my gluten free vegan sandwich was so yummy. The waitress was outstanding and over all I would say I love the food at this place. We really love First Watch and all of their health conscious, fresh, flavorable menu options. They are also very allergy friendly with gluten free and dairy free options. One of the biggest tips I can give you is to avoid this place on the weekends. Enjoy their breakfast, brunch or lunch on weekdays. The wait can be 30 mins plus weekends and with the virus still at large it feels uncomfortable how crowded this place gets. I will say that they require mask upon entry and all employees are wearing mask but still. We've ate here a few times and the service and food is great. Very beautiful presentation. Prices are high here for breakfast but they do offer more healthy options like turkey sausauge. Overall we really enjoy their food and will probably keep coming back (on weekdays). read more

I've been here four times, and it's a good place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. It does close at 2:30. I often eat a later lunch so I wish it was open until 3. I've had the salad/sandwich combo ($7.79), and one of the eggs benedict - I think it was bacon, spinach and tomato with a side of potatoes ($10.99). Everything I've had has been tasty. One time I felt that the salad was heavy on dressing, so last time I went, I asked for the dressing on the side. Also, it's trendy/casual and cute inside. When we pay $8-9 for a Bloody Mary and it tastes like Tomato juice you know it needs spices/horseradish or maybe Zing Zang instead. I ordered "The Traditional" and the sunny side up eggs were cool even though crispy around the edges, the link sausage was actually cold on the inside, and the potatoes were dry and over seasoned. I also ordered the "Million Dollar" bacon and it was ice cold. Did not appear to have any brown sugar as I remembered, just limp ice cold bacon, some pepper, and syrup poured over it. Not what I remembered from last time. Is it supposed to be ice cold? It was obvious that the food was not cooked fresh but rather just reheated and not too well at that! None of the garnishments were included on ANY of our meals. I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. Complete waste of money. Great food, great service, but even the employees were complaining about how corporate keeps the temperature so COLD. It's unnecessary, unhealthy and grossly inappropriate in today's environmentally conscious world. First Watch is a good breakfast/brunch spot. It's fun to come here with family and friends during weekend mornings. It does get busy so be prepared to wait for a table. I didn't find anything too special about First Watch that would differentiate it from other brunch spots I've tried. I ordered some juices, the chickichanga, and the chorizo omelet. The juices I thought were a bit too sweet. The two food dishes definitely needed more filling. There was basically no chorizo in the omelet. The chickichanga had barely anything inside of it, it felt like I was just eating an egg with some sauce on top. The cup of fruit that came with my plate was super small and basically all pineapple. We started our meal with the million dollar bacon slices and it was the perfect balance of sweet and salty.
