I had The Works omelette, and asked the waitress if she could have them cook my breakfast potatoes a little well done or make them extra crispy. (I do this everywhere, just ask my family.) Which she confirmed they could do. When they came out, they looked exactly like everyone else's at the table. It is as if the chef said "No special order for you." We typically visit this location however the last couple of times we have gone the quality and kitchen service has gone down. This time we ordered our breakfast, one came out the other they gave to another table. So needless to say we did not get one of our meals. We went to visit during brunch during the weekend and it was PACKED especially with many large groups. There wasn't enough chairs for us to wait so it was extremely crowded. We frequent first watch, we've been to many locations, and this one was very clean and the food was absolutely delicious. I got the Sweet Honey Pecan Salad, it was very good. The dressing was delicious, chicken was not dry and it had a nice flavor. My husband got a 2 for you with the broccoli cheddar soup and the ham and gruyère cheese sandwich, both were delicious. Soup was cheesy and flavorful, the bread on the sandwich was delicious and crispy and airy. Lots of ham on the sandwich. We also got the million dollar potatoes and WOW those were the star of the show, they are a must try. Our waiter was a younger gentleman, he was quick to take our drink order and our food order. We have been to other First Watch locations and the food is consistent across the locations. I did feel like this location is much brighter with lots of natural light and a great patio making it a little superior to the others. Also it's brand new so of course that's nice as well!! Our server was knowledgeable and friendly but she did bring the check almost immediately after our food was delivered to us which I didn't really like. If you haven't been to First Watch I highly recommend the morning meditation juice and their avocado toast since it is always fresh and served on the most delicious seeded bread. The Kearny Asada hash was excellent good size and very tasty steak. I'd pass on all the omelettes. The egg was overcooked and dry filling just tumbled out ,it wasn't regular sausage they had chopped up links. It had no flavor was dry and barely edible. The only thing that saved my breakfast was the biscuits. But the Carne Asada, a hash I would give a four an omelette, a one or two. read more

This is certainly a cute little place to come in for breakfast or brunch! I came here with my family first thing in the morning on my last day in town, and I'm glad we came. I'm a big fan of healthy living food, especially organic and cruelty free sourced foods, so I was excited when someone suggested this place to me. I did enjoy the sizable portions of my quinoa bowl, and I like how many options there are for different kinds of diets. The colorful drinks are especially fun to experiment with, and we all had one of each. Now, the one thing I have to deduct from my experience was the service. Though it was nearly empty inside, our server was not enthusiastic, hardly made herself seen, did not offer us drinks or refills, and we nearly had to beg for the check to come to us. Food not to my liking, almost trying to be too healthy. Not much flavor. Too many wait staff just waking around trying to look busy but not doing much. Serve my own coffee and water at the table. Not real 1/2 & 1/2 just those portion cups. Biscuits & gravy were not very good. No hash brown potatoes. The thing I was most upset about is that they charged tax on the individual meals and then tax on the total of the meals together. This was way beyond their math skills. I just paid the bill with a minimum tip and left. Won't be coming back to First Watch anytime soon. There are way more places with better food & cheaper prices. read more

I went for the first time ever for breakfast. I wasn't very impressed with my french toast. It really had zero flavor whatsoever. Even with the very small side of berries they give you to top it off. My friend ordered a side of potatoes, which I tasted & they were delicious. The restaurant is very clean & decor was cute. Our server was very attentive. We waited for 30 minutes after the host said 15 minutes, came in to check our table and the host said we aren't on the list. I showed him the text we got saying thanks you're in line. We visited this location in Frisco on Main Street for the first time today. Our experience with the server and hostess was so awful that we will not return at least not to this location. The server and hostess were incredibly rude and not to just us but to other customers as well. Our server whom we only know her name from our receipt as "Rogers" acted as if she was inconvenienced by us. She gave us the bill when our food arrived and we didn't see her again. Didn't ask if we enjoyed our meal and did not refill our drinks. We overheard customers complaining while we were there and they were told the grill was broken sounded odd but who knows. We were not the only customers that were treated rudely. We were going to consider this an off day and let it go but when the hostess decided to make a rude comment about our tip rather than replying to our "thank you" it was obvious we needed to leave a comment that hopefully management could see. We have many options to choose from where we can have brunch and it will not be a restaurant where the server and hostess are rude no matter how good the food is. read more
