As I live close by I have attempted to call and put myself on the wait list and arrive when they are ready but management would not budge. This will be on their terms with zero flexibility... They also sell cakes but cakes are always turned away from the customer...I have not seen this anywhere else...it really points to the fact that management has little experience in hospitality industry....
