One rep upfront helped us with a couple of needs and then I went back to the teller to have a few checks printed on the spot. Both employees were super nice and helpful. And I really appreciate that they still served us with a smile even though they were getting ready for their day to be over! I had my daughter with me and it was great to get good service. We have an account for our nonprofit with them and they are affordable and they are great to work with!

They were not pushy at all. We went in and stayed for about an hour (maybe an hour and a half) or so to go over the different policy's. That day we didn't end up getting anything and left. They called back to see if we were interested, and we were. We scheduled another time to come in and finalize details. The people were extremely nice and respectful of our time. Like all Truist branches, it's a beautiful building, very spacious and an enclosed foyer with ATM inside for safety, I take it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
