Most recently, I needed to use the service for a pick up from UCLA to home for my baby Bruin who wanted to come home for the Halloween weekend. While I easily could have went with Uber, Rich gave me an incredible deal that came out to the same as Uber. Our driver was Harry. Not only was he amazing, but he was completely reliable and most importantly safe. The car was spacious enough for my Bruin to bring home laundry to do at home. So if you have a college student who needs to arrange a ride home, Happy Shuttle is definitely the place to call. They continue to exceed expectations and their prices are affordable. Will definitely be using them again!

First off, there seemed to be a miscommunication with everything they said they would do. Bus was supposed to leave LA at 4 pm. We didn't leave till 5 pm. Arrived in Vegas and the bus driver said that we couldn't leave our stuff on the bus. WTF? He had said we could leave our bags on there, and also crash on the bus after partying!! It doesn't end there. Bus was supposed to leave Vegas at 6 am, arrive back to LA by 11. Well, after we arrive, the driver says we ain't leaving till 7 am. OK.. that's fine, but guess what? The fucking bus didn't show up till 9 am!! 9 FUCKEN AM. We were pissed. Exhausted. We just wanted to get the hell home. I am NEVER EVER EVER TAKING the bus again. I ended up flying home and paying $150 on Southwest. Whatever. It was well worth the money to not be stuck on the bus for hours. BTW, my friend who took the bus home said they didn't even have a restroom on there. WTF? EPIC FAIL.

Go elsewhere, and have more fun on the trip. 1. They give preferential seating on the bus to those that make extra ticket purchases on top of the base tour, even though everyone pays the same amount to be on the bus. The optional excursions are OPTIONAL, but they punish you for not taking part. 2. The bus broke down and we were off schedule. We waited for the bus to be repaired and they were not very apologetic. 3. They also give you attitude for not doing extra excursions because they don't get to pocket that extra cut. They have no regard for personal interest or physical limitations.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!…read more I called this taxi company recently and I spoke to a woman and we agreed on a 4pm pick up time. Gave her my address and phone number and name. I called back shortly after asking if I could change my pick up time to 3:15. She said yes. I call back at 3:20 and a man answers who transfers me to someone who spoke better English. They ask me for my info and tell me to call Yellowcab because they do not service my area. I'm now mad and they didn't offer any sort of solution. Just told me to call yellow cab and that they don't have a woman working for them. Dishonest? Confused? Bad business ethics? Probably all of the above. I would give them zero stars if I could. It was 4am and I had an early flight to catch so I ended up taking the cab. It was a flat rate and she quoted me a different price from what was on the phone. She then asked that I pay her in cash! I didn't have any cash so she tries to run my card which ends up not going through. I end up going into the airport to use an ATM and I had to hit with fees. I told her I'm paying her less then the agreed amount because of the fees. I then asked her for all the transaction receipts and she gives them back to me. She didn't write me a receipt and now my debit card transaction somehow went through. I called the bank and they are telling me I should have got a receipt from her. I called the company and lo-behold can't seem to get any help. I got the # to a so-called complaint desk and the guy picks up my call hears my request and hangs up on me.
