LifePathSystems did the interview session. The interviewer was very helpful in what needed to be done. I received my review and on my income (pre medicare) and the pay amount was very doable. I was assigned my "Case Manager" and she set out to get me lined out. Wonderful!! She takes the time needed to be sure I have the tools I need for my treatment. She has yet to not have an answer, or know where to get answers to my questions. Then there is the "peer group"! Amazing idea! They pare you with someone who is close to your mental problems so they understand what you are going through. An absolutely amazing idea. The "Adictions Assestance" is greate.. Though I beat all my addections in the 1980's, I never thought about being affected to "falior"... Of course I do not want to post "names" but.. Just let it be said. My experience so for has been amazing. I must remind anyone seeking assistance? These folk are bound by County and State funds.. You have to be patient when they are working with you yo get the treatment you need. I have read post where people complained about how long it took to get them in? Be patient. These people really care about the "person" not how fast they call people healed. Thank you to the LifePath Systems Team. Don

I'm disgusted with the way this business can handle interactions with its staff members and its clients. To create a toxic work environment and turn around and make your staff members a number on a static chart is wrong and will never help you hit the "numbers" you wanna hit! FYI clients here are only numbers to them $$$ signs without faces Trust me the way they treat staff is worst! Unrealistic targets with unrealistic workloads and if you don't hit the targets prepare your self for the mental beating you will get. Toxic work environments with no care for staffs mental health. But what do I know I'm just someone on the outside looking in and I can tell you with my years of building company portfolios and generating 375mil in revenue, you are doing it wrong! I hope you get the justice you deserve and clients get the true treatment they deserve!

My husband and I had been seeing James for almost one month. Initially things were going really…read morewell, and then during the last session we had hit a couple road bumps that I wanted to address. I had started to feel comfortable with James and let my guard down at this point. He did as well. I felt his office was a safe space for me to be my unfiltered self. James had casually said the "F" word during our sessions several times at this point, (as well as his IG posts have memes where he jokingly curses as well). For this reason, and because I felt comfortable at the time not having to sensor myself, I used the "F" word as an adjective during our last session in a pronounced tone to emphasize a point I was making. James proceeded to cut me off mid sentence and tell me that we aren't a good fit anymore because I was "cussing at him" and because I didn't trust him anymore. He didn't allow me to respectfully finish my train of thought / sentence. This is completely obsurd because I absolutely was not cursing at him. Nor would I ever... It reminded me exactly of what hit a chord between us at our last session where he told me to essentially stop talking mid sentence, and let my husband continue on his own. I was shocked after this abrupt and rude interruption, and said with a stunned look on my face "If my trust is slightly broken, it can still be repaired." He responded with "...Well can it though?" At this point, I was in shock because everything he was doing and saying and doing was so contradictory. Wasn't a therapist's job to prove that trust can be repaired?? And isn't the point of a therapist office to ensure clients feel they can be themselves, and not have to censor who we are? I was stunned. At the VERY LEAST, if he truly thought we weren't a good fit anymore, he could've respectfully waited for me to finish my sentence / thought and let me know then. Instead of interrupting me right there on the spot and essentially "breaking up with me". Ultimately, James has a very calm and gentle demeanor, but I discovered that his office is definitely not a safe space for his clients to express themselves fully as their true selves. (At least it wasn't for me). He preaches that there are reactive people, and dismissive people. Yet in that moment he was the one being 100% reactive, and unprofessional. He ended up backpedaling and tried to undo what he had implied/said, but it was too late at that point. That trust was definitely broken. I left the office in tears and never wish to see him again. As a professional therapist, you're expected to be just that. You're the therapist, the professional. It's not my job to be guarded and cautious in his office. It's my job to be open and 100% myself. His job to maintain professionalism and show guidance. This was our first time trying couples counseling, and unfortunately I'll never be able to look at it the same way again. This experience will haunt me for the rest of my life. And I don't know if I'll ever feel I can be 100% myself in a therapist office again. I did however have a positive experience with Cecelia during our individual therapy, who showed grace and respect 100% of the time. She allowed me to feel welcome, comfortable, and heard in her space during every visit.

I received my treatments alone with him. SO NOT PROFESSIONAL! I never got any receipts of payment or an bill or receipt of any kind showing what he actually administered to me, how strong the dosage, not even a schedule of my appointments. Each appointment had to be rescheduled, as he couldn't make it. Did the infusion treatments help me? YES. Did I have a clue what he was putting into my body? NO. I have been very patient and understanding of Ms.Harrison/Hanna's techniques as I understand the process for a child to heal and develop take time. My first initial consultation with the therapists was 3 weeks after my daughter started seeing them. My first question I had asked them was what the plan was for her to get back to school? She had told me that she had no plan and she was waiting on our response....all while they were writing her excuse notes for school. They never contacted the school to develop a 504 plan in order for her to cope with school. So my daughter missed out on 1 month of education. Once we got my daughter on her approved 504 plan I thought I would give my daughter time and space to work through her issues. At the end of April, I thought it would be a good time to start transitioning her back to my house as the last thing I want to do is set her backwards. We began communicating and texting and then all of a sudden something stopped. She stopped all communication. I had asked for a joint a session with Ms.Harrison/Ms.Hanna to help work through the issues and figure out why. At first they told me it would take 1-2 sessions to transition her into a joint session (which is normal), and then they just told me it would not be in my daughter's best interest to have a meeting? Is that not what you are trained to do? To help, people process their feelings and how to cope with situations? Would it not be in the best interest of my daughter to have you in a session to help guide her through her feelings? Do you think 4 months is enough time to develop her skills to have a conversation with her dad? In retrospect, my daughter is going to fail the 9th grade. Also, in regards to privacy laws, I had a side conversation with Ms. Harrison/Ms. Hanna asking about my daughter's school. Not 10 hours later, my daughter, whom I have not heard from in weeks and had not EVER initiated a conversation with me text me about the conversation. How is this healthy and ethical for a child? So it seems apparent the methods that Lifeologie has not given her coping skills to even have a joint conversation with her dad, let alone allow her to fail in school. If you want your child to get help, find another therapist!!
