Clean carpets, well kept hardwood floors, newer appliances, etc. Sue, the secretary/apartment shower/etc is very nice and very friendly. Between each new tenant for an apartment the carpet is steam cleaned and other various cleaning procedures are completed (not sure what those are, but it keeps the apartments in good condition). If there is a problem, all you have to do is ask, and they will do what they can to fix it. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they've been very good to us.
