Impossible to get help when needed, their fraud prevention was pathetic, and their system seems to be from the era of AOL on CD's. The manager Cathleen took 3 days to respond after I called 4 different customer service lines, transferred to multiple people, and only spoke to one kind person the entire time. I went to this bank as a small business looking to support other small businesses and I can not say enough negative things about this bank. If you account get's overdrawn, they charge you continuous multiple fee's yet the only way they alert you is via MAIL 7 DAYS LATER.. all while charging you for the days that your account is over drawn. I had long since stopped using this account and somehow it got connected and over drawn and there response for their online banking notifications not working..."I'm sorry." I give only 2 stars because I have banked there for what 3 decades now and recently was I feel, discriminated against by them. I planned for a year prior to moving forward with a purchase needed to return to work. I needed a pick up. The CU told me the requirements for financing and I placed my order. When the vehicle arrived and I presented everything needed ie appropriate credit score, employment verification etc, the CU told me " you don't need that much truck." They also told me " we don't go by your credit score." Their BS cost me a $500,000 a year job. I left six bucks in my account for them to service indefinitely. I am unbelievable offended by them, beyond being without an adult sized income. Thanks again so much CO of CO.
