She then has the audacity to call me and lie twice in the first 45 seconds saying she never received my emails as she was on vacation and denied that one of her employees relayed she approved me switching to another agent when I expected her to call me and work a solution. She only called as I opened a Colorado Division of Insurance complaint. She lied on that response as well. Switched to Denise Elliott and amazed at the difference in competency and professionalism.

In mid January I receive a notice of cancellation of policy because of missing information. Info I had already provided to the agent. I talked with the agent in that office who said, "Don't worry, ignore that letter. I sent the info". So I did. A week later my jeep broke down and I needed roadside service. I called the State Farm roadside folks and the gal explained to me that my policy had been temporarily terminated but would be reinstated once the information that Latshaw's agent "said" she submitted weeks earlier had updated in the system. I don't think she ever sent the information in the first place and then lied about it. Then, just last week I got a notice of a change in my premium. My premium had jumped 30 bucks for 3 months to almost $90 because they say I missed a payment. I paid Jan and Feb; the March payment was sitting in my account waiting to be debited. They are very mysterious about Chris's whereabouts but when I did finally speak with him; he was "nice" enough and promised to look into it and call me back. I was very disappointed that instead of handling it personally he had a secretary call me to say State Farm is charging me $90 for a missed payment. That's that, nothing she would do about it. She didn't care, nor could she explain where 90 bucks came from since my premium was 58. Needless to say I grew tired of the incompetence and just cancelled the policy. Buyer Beware!
