The manager Cathleen took 3 days to respond after I called 4 different customer service lines, transferred to multiple people, and only spoke to one kind person the entire time. If you account get's overdrawn, they charge you continuous multiple fee's yet the only way they alert you is via MAIL 7 DAYS LATER.. all while charging you for the days that your account is over drawn. I planned for a year prior to moving forward with a purchase needed to return to work. I needed a pick up. The CU told me the requirements for financing and I placed my order. When the vehicle arrived and I presented everything needed ie appropriate credit score, employment verification etc, the CU told me " you don't need that much truck." They also told me " we don't go by your credit score." Their BS cost me a $500,000 a year job. I left six bucks in my account for them to service indefinitely. But the bottom line is, Jessica and her cohorts wasted our time. Five months of our time. We are trying to build a business, by renovating a 16,000 sq ft building! We are extremely busy people! We have multiple contractors, who must be paid, on time! We work multiple jobs each, just to pay for things we had to have, so far. We have good or outstanding credit! There can be no excuse for it.
