The realtor used old photos I had posted myself on Zillow after four months of waiting to list the home. The realtor's main statement was "sorry dear". I accept apologies, but unethical practices by this company is costly and deliberate. The agents are on their own and it appears to be more of a virtual company with multiple agents and no oversight or accountability. The agent was more interested in having me pay for services of "friend contractors" and I fired the agent when the contract ended although the agents practices cost me thousands of dollars.
