So disappointed in my bank who left us stranded in Washington DC over this past Thanksgiving week…read more after they rejected our mobile deposit because the endorsement lacked the phrase "only FNB Oxford," and were so rude and unhelpful to the point of being hostile about it. I would never recommend this bank for this total lack of customer service and empathy to a most stressful situation of being out of town when we were depending on the deposited funds for travel purposes. After no one would help us, I asked to speak to their VP who let her voicemail pick up and still has not called me back, and that was 5 days ago. There are better banks in Oxford--I would not choose this one.
