    warning! do not...i repeat do not use title cash in oxford, mississippi. even if the manager ms…read more shay cancer is not there...do not use them because she will come back in office and will call you and try to shame you. this manager is making this location lose a lot of business. it matters how you treat people. the manager sets the tone in an environment. if this store is having a hard time getting payments, it is because the manager is rude and people simply matching her bad attitude energy. fyi: you draw more ppl with honey not vinegar. the manager ms. shay cancer is the worst manager i have ever experienced. report her to her branch manger tracey carmen if she is nasty to you. she hates people having money problems, but yet has a job at a title loan company where people come to when they need financial help and are probably already struggling. i only have 2 payments left but on april 29, 2020 i called to make my payment as i promised, and she took the phone from the employee just to degrade and harrass me for being late with this month's payment. ms. shay cancer's exact words were that""" she is sick and tired of people using covid-19 (coronovirus) as an excuse to not pay bills on time. she boldly bragged how she has paid all of her bills still on time in spite of covid-19.""" then she attacked me about my reasons for being late and wanted to know every single detail of why i could not pay on time this month after i have called several times this month explaining myself prior to today. ishe forgets people dont have to tell certain details based on hippa laws and etc. but i would not want a person like her knowing my business because you can tell she gossips about people based on how she feels about late customers. at the end of the conversation, she realized it was her own employee's fault for not putting notes in computer exactly like i said when i called earlier this month.,,. but still...ms. shay should have asked me 1st what did i say instead if snatching the phone and immediately verbally attacking and interrogating me like she had caught me. . my blood pressure was dangerously high all day after she upset me. this woman needs to learn how to talk to people. she just kept saying like she was crazy...""".i'm so sick of people using covid-19 as and excuse.this woman is not grateful for customers at all. she will treat you like shit! she forgets that customers are the reasons she has a loan company to manage. also after speaking with the branch manager tracy carmen i realized ms. shay had lied and told me that ms. carmen had a problem doing my loan back in august 2019 because i lived in another city...not true...ms. tracey carmen said "she never told her that and as long as a person is within a 50 miles radius from that store. i dont know what planet she lives on but she lies a lot to scare you which is psychological abuse. ms. shay cancer. fyi covid-19 is very real and affecting most of us. i guess life never goes wrong for shay cancer, and she is perfect. this manager has been nasty and disrespectful several times before this month. whether you are on time or not, she is rude. i have never been rude to her but today she really went to far.she does this to people she thinks is lesser than her or will not speak up like they have no say and got to take her bad behavior since they need money. i think her manager title has inflated her head just a little too much. . news flash! ms. shay cancer. there is a god that sits high and looks low and sees all. god saw how you treated me. you did me wrong. to whoever reading this if you ever be late, ms. shay cancer will threaten you like she did me and deny it. she referenced "sending the repo man" for what when im trying to make april's payment in april but she took the phone and want to harass me and make me feel embarrassed for being late....last warning do not go to this loan company. ms. shay cancer will psycholocally abuse you.

    Al helped my son open up his checking and savings account. He couldn't have been more helpful,…read moreinformative, and kind. I sat back and was there for my son if he had any questions, but I let him take charge of his first account without mom being attached. It was one of his first steps of becoming more independent as I'm about to leave him to begin his new journey as a college student. I highly recommend using Al to help with any banking needs. He said he doesn't normally work at this banking location, but I wasn't familiar with the location he mentioned since I'm not from here.

    CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! I…read morehave been banking for over 50 years (4+ as a "premier/preferred customer of this bank) and have lived through many changes in fees and usability. I have never felt it needful of an expression of sheer exasperation and utter disgust for a bank before. So this is a first. I have recently been experiencing added fees of various types to my mortgage, checking, savings, mobile, credit and debit accounts. Have been being increasingly "nickel and dimed and dollared" to the point of closing and removing their account behavior from my life. While I know this is a Herculean task, someone needs to make sure others seek out better alternatives for a more accommodating and friendly banker. To wit, it takes 3 or 4 or more transfers to get to a human "customer service" person who could understand what was needed. After several lengthily holds for consulting their computers and supervisors (often several layers of which which is part of why they have to nickel and dime us and why the service is so poor), I reach someone who is remarkably without a care or desire to serve or ability to provide any help. If they do try to help, it is inevitable that there is "nothing they or their supervisor can do about it." Voting with our feet (AND DOLLARS) is our only option. Citibank, Capital One, Wells Fargo, Chase, Chime and Robinhood are excellent alternatives but be careful as they charge for moving your own money around also. Blessed luck to you.
