Employees at teller line are friendly. Anything out of the ordinary and management is awful! Their lack of up to date procedure is ridiculous! Will only be using them for local access as needed. I'll stick with my nationwide bank that services on a small town level and has updated policy and procedure that meets the demands of todays financial world. read more

My husband and I have been banking with First Security Bank for sometime. We love the personable customer service! We have a checking, savings and business account with them. We would choose them again over larger banks! We never have problems. We do have limits on our accounts, but we placed those limits and we have changed them easily over the phone. read more

Horrible Bank!!! They have a limit on your account and you have to ask them can you spend more like your a child! They will not take the limit off my account over phone! I asked my boyfriend to make a couple deposits and they would not even accept them and i called and went off ... Card always declines due to them putting funds back into account at night and taking them back in the morning! First security will have you looking like a idiot in the store! They have tried to put a hold on my payroll checks multiple times and I have had to go to the bank manager!! Right now my card has declined for the past 3 days every time I try to use it!! I can't even get gas!! I tried to get money yesterday and system was down so i asked could i withdrawal and the man said only if i had a check which i don't have at all!! 3 days with no money makes for a very pissed off person and as soon as i get off of work today I am going straight to main branch and close my checking and my saving!! This is the second time i have tried to give them a chance when dealing with my money! The first time i was 17 and they put my account number on someone else checks and the person was running around bouncing checks everywhere!! First security is a joke!! read more

Great bank and great service. That just about sums up this bank. I'm from out of town and I called…read morethem on phone to get their hours and to see if they will cash a check. They said yes. On Scene: I used their Drive Thru. Drive thru's are narrow. So, be careful. Anyway, they cashed m check with no questions or anything. So, how cool is that. Yes, I definitely recommend this bank to anyone. The cashier was nice, friendly and fast. Great customer service and even placed my cash in a secured envelope. I will probably be back if I stay in this area- which I won't.

Anyway, I've been insured at this company for a yr and a half now & always paid my bill online. Not to mention, nvr had to file a claim of any sort & am paying waaaay too much anyway. Well, when I paid it on 7/20/17, they took out the $109.27 that I owed, as well as $88.27 that I have no idea what it is or where it came from. When I went to the location in town, I was told that nothing could be done there, & to call the help desk. That's exactly what I did. I then was told that since I didn't have my bank statement yet, I could screenshot off their website where it showed that money was taken out, & so I did. When the agent received my email, she called back to try & beat around the bush as to why it was taken out. My payment has nvr even been that amount, so I don't understand why that amount was taken in the first place. I then was placed on hold waiting for a supervisor that nvr picked up the phone. From there, a woman called me to tell me that the website was "wrong" & she will have them fix it because they don't have my money. Good thing I took screenshots! I'm STILL waiting for the supervisor over the headquarters to call me back. If you need insurance, I BEG YOU NOT TO USE DIRECT. This is the worst company I have dealt with regarding something like this. I will not stop fighting til I get my money back. And after that, I am dropping them & going with Geico! This is all absurd to me. They just take random amounts from your account without permission. If you like having migraines, this is your company! Otherwise DONT USE THEM. Save yourself the hassle & headache of the robbery that goes on at this company. Please! And you're welcome

(In town for the game this weekend, he found himself a bit stranded, when AAA couldnt help him get his car to start!) As a parent, all the way down in in FL, I was a bit concerned on selecting a good tow company, skilled shop, etc., but Tom contacted him, guided him on his options (for tomorrow when shops are open!), &most of all, comforted his worried mom!!!
