Anyway, I've been insured at this company for a yr and a half now & always paid my bill online. Not to mention, nvr had to file a claim of any sort & am paying waaaay too much anyway. Well, when I paid it on 7/20/17, they took out the $109.27 that I owed, as well as $88.27 that I have no idea what it is or where it came from. When I went to the location in town, I was told that nothing could be done there, & to call the help desk. That's exactly what I did. I then was told that since I didn't have my bank statement yet, I could screenshot off their website where it showed that money was taken out, & so I did. When the agent received my email, she called back to try & beat around the bush as to why it was taken out. My payment has nvr even been that amount, so I don't understand why that amount was taken in the first place. I then was placed on hold waiting for a supervisor that nvr picked up the phone. From there, a woman called me to tell me that the website was "wrong" & she will have them fix it because they don't have my money. Good thing I took screenshots! I'm STILL waiting for the supervisor over the headquarters to call me back. If you need insurance, I BEG YOU NOT TO USE DIRECT. This is the worst company I have dealt with regarding something like this. I will not stop fighting til I get my money back. And after that, I am dropping them & going with Geico! This is all absurd to me. They just take random amounts from your account without permission. If you like having migraines, this is your company! Otherwise DONT USE THEM. Save yourself the hassle & headache of the robbery that goes on at this company. Please! And you're welcome
