He first told me I could just do it myself and showed me what I had to do. I told him I needed a license plumber to do it per the home insurance requirements even though it's just replacing the bad unit with a newer one. He give me the price they charge and also other stuff I needed to do so everything continues to work properly. I appreciate his expert advice and time on coming out to give me an estimate. I thought the price just to switch out the bad unit with a new one was on the higher end so I decided to use another company.

There was a broken shower cartridge that had been forced in and it took him a hot minute to pry it out (seemed like a DIY fail). I told him about my concern of tree roots potentially clogging up my sewer line and he used the flexible camera to show me root infiltration wasn't bad, but that there were some shifts in the line that would need to be addressed in the future. He did this extra work for free! Fees are very reasonable particularly because the issue is completely addressed with no rework needed. This company is my new go to!
