I am repeatedly asked to update my credit card information while being informed via Email that my…read morepolicy will be cancelled if I do not update the information. This happens in spite of the fact that I have already updated the credit card information. I tried having a direct bank transfer of the premium amount last year and it did not go through. I had the bank send a check instead, That check was not quickly credited to my account and my policy was cancelled. After phoning the office the policy was reinstated. I keep getting some kind of installment payments charged to my credit card (ranging from 22 to 89 dollars) in spite of the fact that I have made a lump sum payment thinking that was all that was required for the next 6 months or 12 months. I try calling the office and find that there is little help after Thursdays at 12:30. I am frustrated. I have never reported a loss in the last 10 years yet my premium have doubled.
