Out of five, two waited a week before sending me a follow up. One was rather high also. And two were very reasonable. Linda at this location not only send me a quote but followed up with a call to ask me a few questions. Those questions lead to a discount. After a couple more calls back and forward, my final cost was less than half the price of my current insurance. I gave them my credit card to cover my auto and home insurance. I finally got tired enough of putting up with the many cons of using this company to get off my bum and make the switch. They want you to go up to the office for literally everything. Even something as simple as putting a new credit card on file. They bombard your phone each month around the time payment comes up- even if you're on auto draft and you've asked them not to call. In spite of me repeatedly telling them not to bug me each month, I still received calls around every single payment time. They started off cheap, but I saw a rate increase at pretty much every single renewal. They don't inform you of rate increases in any way, and they will increase your rate often for no reason. I have had a completely clean driving record for going on 4 years now, yet I saw rate increases at nearly every six month renewal. It was so bad that by the end of my stint they were attempting to charge me over 70 more a month compared to competitors. Not random unknown providers either- I mean big wigs like progressive, allstate & co. If you do go with them for whatever reason, I would keep a close eye on your rate. The customer service is a mixed bag too. I rarely had issues getting through to them via phone, but some of the folks were just incompetent or rude. I actually had to call twice on more than one occasion to get them to email a copy of my updated insurance to me (I guess the person I initially spoke with just forgot!). Overall, my experience with them was very poor and I would advise anyone who's looking for cheap insurance to look elsewhere. There are other options that will definitely present less headache in a similar price range.
