If you want to be added on snap chat and be asked to dinner all the time, after they have seen you in their store with your boyfriend, then this is the place for you. On a serious note: I went in looking for a Kia Sorrento that I saw on their website that fit my budget of 10k. Upon arrival, they told me that the Kia Sorrento was currently being used as a rental, later on finding out that that was a lie, and they only have 2 rentals, the Kia not being one of them. They proceeded to show me another car that fit the criteria of what I was looking for, but way out of my budget. I ended up being processed for a loan and having my credit ran within minutes, without me ever saying I was ready to buy. I ended up buying it, this was in November 2017. It is now September 2018, less than a year, and it has been in the shop more than it has been in my possession. I basically own one of the 2 rentals that they have. I've been given false estimates on when I will get my car back. They have had my car since July 25th 2018 to fix a catalytic convertor ( The estimated fix is 2 hours MAX, I googled it) Every time I call to ask when my car is going to be ready, they give me a day, and when that day comes, they don't even bother to call and update me to say its going to be longer, or if its even ready. As you can see how this can be very frustrating since I am making $323 payments for it every month, plus insurance, yet I do not have that vehicle in my possession. Last time they had my car for 3.5 weeks, and my boyfriend and I were fed up by the misleading days they gave us, so we went to check on the car. The car carpets were sopping wet, they car was filthy, and we had no gas? Hmm, we left it with gas. Weird... So now we are very concerned. I was sold a LEMON. I am so glad I bought their warranty, even though it was not offered to me. I had to ask for it. Even with the warranty they are saying this time I have to pay a total of $800. I also have a device that was provided to me and my boyfriend by T-Mobile, and it plugs into the OBDII sensor, and tracks where my vehicle is, the gas gauge, millage, and shows codes on what is wrong with the car. They never asked me permission to remove this device, yet it was removed so now I am unable to track my car. When I went in the last time they had my car to see it, John Yeng said he needed to ask where it was, because he didn't know where it was located. SHADDDYYYYYYYYY !!!! There's so much that I could stay here but I'm going to stick to the facts. Read your contract they will try to pack extended warranty in and claim that it gets you a better rate on your auto loan. They told me to lie to the bank about a down payment that I never made (it was supposed to be zero down and no payments for 90 days or at least that is what they dangled to BAIT me in and then they SWITCHED the terms) they will also arbitrarily raise the price of the vehicle and hope to slide it in on the contract and that you won't see it. They will also refer you to a credit repair agency if you have credit issues that will call you relentlessly and mercilessly all day. After all of this I left with a car 6 day's later. I was then called to bring it back for maintenance 2 day's later. Once they had the car, they attempted to change the terms of the contract. Fortunately the down payment was imaginary so I was able to walk away before any permanent damage could be done. The WILL LIE to you verbally and in writing,and do whatever it takes to close the deal, and even after the contracts are signed don't think for one second that the car is yours. In all likelihood they haven't even gotten approval from the bank yet and will continue to shop your credit all over town until you have enough hard inquiries on your report to run the length of a page. So if you are in a situation where you must do business with these people I urge you to be vigilant, diligent, and don't trust a word that anyone says to you in any of their departments, especially finance. And regardless of the name (pac NW luxury cars) it is the same group of disreputable, dishonest, con artists. Don't think for one second that even after you have the car at home that the deal is done. And if it all possible just to a reputable dealership, any reputable dealership other than this place. This place is as sketchy as it's location. Every horrible thing you can imagine about the stereotypical "sleezy car salesman" is embodied in this place. I came in desperate because I just had my car stolen and they capitalized off that and robbed me too. They weren't transparent about pricing, at all. Made it seem like they were doing me a favor then basically strong armed me into buying a car. I even stated at one point how uncomfortable I was and was pressured even more. Took advantage that I'm a woman. The salesman knew nothing about the cars outside of "it has a sun roof and heated seats". Any question I ask he dismissed. And was completely wrong about. There was no inspection of the car before hands. I left the lot with a broken ac. I mentioned the next day the brakes were going out and tires were worn really low and was dismissed. I asked a million times about the car fax and the salesman goes oh I think it was just bumped into an fixed. No it was in a wreck and the whole front bumper fell off as soon as I left. We stopped in today and I had 3 vehicles in mind, a Caliber, an Impala and a Malibu, all that they seemed to have. Well, the Caliber I wanted to look at wasn't even there. Go figure. It wasn't even at their little dinky backlot... You know, the one where they keep all of their older cars? The Impala they had was listed online at 14.9, but when I asked about it, I was told it was 18.9. Um, that is a significant difference. So, the malibu I looked at and test drove seemed to be very nice, but, since the Impala had a sudden drastic price change, I wanted to make sure that the price online was still the same. I just wanted the sticker price. This "sales manager" from their smaller lot wouldn't even tell me a basic number. He decided to beat around the bush for a while about an origin of loan or point of finance. When he wanted us to run the numbers, I decided to walk out, my husband gave them the "yeah, we'll be back." routine. I am not going to let you run my credit and then come back and say the car is 18 Thousand or some bogus baloney like that. I won't go back and I wont suggest them to anybody. Terrible place to buy a car. I test drove a 2016 kia sorento with Thomas, and car began smoking and over heating. Thomas told me it was oil burning off motor and it will stop. He said he would get the service department to correct the over heating. I said I didn't feel safe driving it back to the dealership, and so he took the wheel. He said he would take care of it and the service department checked it out. 2 months later the car had the same issue, and he told me the car should be fine....then he said we would call me back. Never called back. After calling and calling it seemed they were annoyed from all my calls. Still paying the note on the car I finally spoke to Terrell, and he called Thomas in for the call and Thomas now said he remembered the car smoking, but not over heating. Finally spoke to the sales manager (Ahmed) 3 months after the car completely broke bown, and he said I was lucky to have previously bought a used car without having to make major repairs on it, and he can't fix it for free (eventhoughthe issue is a preexisting issue). I told him this is a preexisting issue, and that should count for something. He then told me I was pretty much on my own! I wish I would have never did business with them! Nice. --------------------------------------------------- I went to FNFL after receiving a "pre-approval" letter from Capital One. The first thing I was asked was if I wanted to trade in my Volvo. They took my keys so their guy could assess its value. I explained to Gokul that I just wanted to find out what my interest rate would be and what monthly payment I could expect and that I simply wanted him to help me find a good car, at a good rate, and to be treated fairly. Before I begin my criticism, I want to explain that I told him within 5 minutes of sitting down at his desk that I wanted an interest rate under 10% and a payment under $300. He ran my credit report and told me, "We can probably get you an interest rate below 20%." "Ok, no sense in spending any more time on this. My credit sucks and I don't have a down payment, so I was really just wanting to find out what my options are. Sounds pretty dismal so I just need to come back once I am in a better position." He told me there were better loan options and that I just had to pick a car to get the real numbers. "Let's go look at some European cars and see if they fit your style, and then I'll put the details into the system and all of the banks and credit unions will compete for your business, so let's see what happens after that." He showed me a 2011 Audi A4 that I really liked, but I was dubious about the 130,000 miles on the odometer. It seemed to be in great shape and was vaguely priced at around $12,000. He insisted I take it for a drive or his manager would be "really angry" with him if he went through the whole process just to find out I wasn't happy with how it drove. So I took it around the block and it was smooth and comfortable. I really liked the car. So he ran my application through the system. The first thing he came back with was 25% and $499/month. I told him, "yeah, that's nothing like what I told you I wanted when I sat down at your desk. I don't want to waste any more of my time. Oh, can I get my keys back?" "Of course, I'll have to go get them. So this interest rate and monthly payment is because of your credit score and the high mileage on the car, [a whole bunch of explanation of how auto loans work and 15 minutes of talk]" was his response. "I've got a bunch of other cars that we could probably get you into. Let me go check the inventory." Gone for 10 minutes. "Can I get my keys?" I asked when he returned. "Yeah, I just have to go get them from [something vague and official sounding]". 5 minutes later, no keys. "Let me get my finance guy. He can make this work." And I was sitting at someone else's desk. "Did you get my keys?" "So, [a whole bunch of words about how auto loans work and some rule that banks or the state or some kind of regulation works so that they simply cannot sell you a car for more than 110% of what they could get "at auction" for it]." I have no idea if any of this was dishonest, but whatever. This all sounded legit. And he'd be right back with my numbers. I walked over to Gokul again and asked for my keys. "Oh, get them from that guy." That guy: "Oh, I think they're in the office." 5 minutes more and I finally got my keys back. "This VW is in your price range and you're going to like these numbers. $7,000 plus taxes and licensing, plus fees, a 17% interest rate and $217/mo on a 60 month loan," he told me. I reminded him that I wanted an interest rate under 10%. By my (rudimentary) calculations, a 17% interest rate meant over 35% of my car payment would be pure interest for the first year. A $7,000 car was going to cost me $217 a month for 60 months. This is a long review, but I couldn't figure out how to express how frustrating and stupid it was. "Pre-approved" and "Guaranteed Approval!" mean nothing if you can't have the salesmen give you an honest answer the moment they know they're not going to meet the limits you set when you walked in the door. I arrived at 3:15 pm and said, "I just want to know what the situation is with my horrible credit. I want a payment under $300 and an interest rate under 10%" I didn't leave until 5:45 and I never got a single straight answer. Two stars because I liked that Audi for $13,000 ($15,000 if you get it on credit for some legit sounding reason that probably wasn't). If you have $13,000 and are ok gambling on a 4 year old car with 130,000 miles, you should check it out. read more

This dealership is ridiculous! We went specifically to look at a vehicle we saw posted on Craigslist. The guy who helped us seemed decent. Typical used car salesman type. I really think car salesman could benefit from reading some books on psychology and human behavior but that is beside the point. The car that was listed online with that dealer as the location was not there. The guy told us it was in Everett but to come back next week and we could look at it when it was back at the Seattle lot. We gave him our phone number and he never called us to check back. We called the dealer back and asked to come in and see the car. We made an appointment. The dealership called us back the same day of the appt to confirm that appt time. Great, this seems promising. We said yes, we will be there. We show up and the car isn't there! The guy tells us the car is on its on his way. This wasn't a surprise. We had made an appt and it was confirmed for that specific car. We said we needed to know how far away he was so that we could know how long the wait would be. He said he was actually still in Everett. They lied to us about the car being at the lot and wasted our time and their time. We arranged our schedules to make the appointment and the car wasn't there as stated. This dealership is both disorganized and dishonest. Just got off the phone with Russel from the Seattle First National Auto. He was nice at first, then interrupted me a lot, then proceeded to make offensive assumptions about me and what I wanted in a vehicle. Definitely would not do business with them. When I stopped him to correct him on some some his wrong assumptions, and then told him he was being offensive, the first words out of his mouth should have been "I'm sorry" instead of continuing to make MORE assumptions and then tell me "whatever", before I was so angry I hung up. Don't give these clowns your business. Especially if they are going to continue to employ guys "with 22 years experience" who can't use tact or courtesy on the phone. After reading some other reviews on here, it appears this kind of rude behavior is standard for this Russel guy. Go figure. Beware. Beware. Beware. In October 2012, I made a terrible, regrettable decision and bought a car from First National Fleet & Lease. I had recently been hit by someone and it totaled my car. After a week or so, I just wanted to get a car. I took a day off from work to go shopping. I was very excited to finally have a car again. My salesman was named Chris. Chris and I made an agreement to have the shaking steering wheel fixed, the horn fixed, and a working stereo put in. It was over a month and a half before these three things were fixed. A month before I got to drive my car. Chris would call every few days with excuses, each getting more ridiculous than the last. After a few weeks, he offered me spare car to drive in the meantime. He insisted I take a Cadillac, even though I did not want a giant car. He tried to convince me he was "hooking me up". I was so fed up with the situation and this person that I just took it so I could leave. He gave it to me with no gas. I ran out of gas on the way home, had to walk to a station and purchase a gas carrier. I had the Cadillac for about a week, when I finally received the call that my car was all fixed. Chris insisted he drive it to me, and trade me for the Cadillac. We met at a nearby Safeway. Chris brought my car to me with no gas. I returned the Cadillac to him with very little gas... as there was none to begin with. I started to fill up my car at the Safeway gas station, while Chris literally begged me to give him gas money for the Cadillac. He insisted he forgot his wallet. He made some empty promises about paying me back and getting my car a free wax and detailing for the troubles (obviously this never happened). From there even more unfortunate events occurred. Chris never reported to the company that I was using the car during the previous week, or that I returned the car. During the time I was using it, the company had reported it stolen. I could have been pulled over for "stealing" the car. I received calls from management a week after I returned it asking if I had it. Chris apparently took the Cadillac for his own enjoyment. They finally found it abandoned at a hotel. Chris was fired, but that didn't exactly give me anything in return for this increasing nightmare. I have to admit that I was extremely laid back and patient with this disaster. I just wanted it to be over. I kept hoping that after THIS event it would all be over. I told myself that way too many times. All First National did for me was refund me for the gas money I gave Chris, and paid for the license fees. I will be kicking myself for years for not demanding more. I will be kicking myself for years for every purchasing a car from these this awful company. After over a month of waiting to get my car, my car's steering wheel was still shaking. As you might imagine, I went through hell trying to get this fixed. It ended up being four new tires to resolve the issue - First National would only pay for two. 9 months later, I finally took the car in because of months of extremely screechy brakes. Auto shop tells me unfortunate news: Brakes looked like they were put in by armatures. No grease was used - missing parts. I have absolutely no doubt that First National put in the brakes "extremely sloppily". In order to fix the noise, I would have to order all new parts and have them completely reinstalled. They also found that the water pump was leaking. When fixing that, they discovered that the thermostat was rotting. $1,200 later (no thanks to the useless warranty) I am very worried of what else was put in by First National. I traded in the car two weeks ago and I cancelled the warranty through the warranty company itself, as it directs you to do via their website. I received a letter from them that did not contain the highly anticipated prorated refund check, but a letter saying they sent the refund to the dealer and instructed me to contact First National for the refund. I immediately felt nauseated. I cancelled the warranty two weeks ago and am still trying to get a refund for the warranty from First National. They are extremely good at transferring your calls to numerous people, all of which don't pick up and all of which NEVER call you back. But it wouldn't really matter if they did, as nobody knows any answers. They are the rudest, most unhelpful people I have ever dealt with, and I hate to imagine what sort of hellish experience I will have to endure to get my refund. I would only recommend First National to my worst enemies... and maybe not even then. Be smarter than me and stay very far away from this place. Regardless of the little secrets I heard from various salesmen (involving making special arrangements for drug dealers and other various sketchy and questionable activity), I would still be extremely cautious... because everything that can go wrong with a car purchase WILL GO WRONG at First read more

I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE!!! This is a little late in coming but had to let people know my experience and felt obligated to warn them. Better late than never. My son needed a new used car so I was helping him buy one. We found a VW bug on their website and decided to go take a look at it. I feel like they totally took advantage of us from the start. Promising one thing about fixing things on the car and then saying another when it came down to the actual purchase. We felt pressured and it felt more and more uncomfortable as the sale closed. My mistake in all of this was walking away and trusting my gut. We ended up buying the car on 1/2/16 and on 1/9/16 it completely died and would not crank over. We had it towed to a mechanic and called FNFL but they said there was nothing they could do about it and nothing they could do to help us. After spending $335 on having crank position sensor replace it only ran for 2 days and then died completely again. Having it towed back to the mechanic we had to have the fuel pump and fuel filter replaced for $692. These prices also don't include the towing cost and the inconvenience of not having a car. I understand that cars have their issues and need parts replaced but the way that FNFL handled everything and weren't willing to help in any way after it had been only a week since we bought the car is inexcusable and unprofessional. They took advantage of us and I will never return. I know many people in Seattle and have let them know about their shady business practices. They are losing a lot of business and if they had only helped us out a little this could have work to their advantage instead of them losing a ton of business. It is so unfortunate that there are people in this world that see an opportunity to take advantage and jump at the chance. DEFINITELY BEWARE OF THEM!!! read more

I know nothing about cars, have embarrassingly bad credit (I'm working on it) and was beyond nervous about buying a car, but my experience with first national could not have been better. I drove home that same day in a 2013 ford escape with the option to get it inspected before anything was finalized. My mechanic indicated it was a solid vehicle with a slight alignment issue. The dealership fixed the alignment issue, and I drove away happy. 6 months later, every novice car buyers worst nightmare. Odd noises and weird handling out of the blue. I take it in, and they tell me it comes back to the original alignment issue. I called the dealership very upset but after half a year I was honestly expecting to be told to suck it up and deal with it- I had bought a used vehicle and it's buyers beware in most car lots in america, after all. Instead John Yang (sp?) personally handled my call, told me they'd investigate, and reached out to Les Schwab on my behalf. Upon follow up, he told me they're talking care of the full repair on their account, got my finish date moved up a full week, and was a consummate professional through and through. I think the real mark of a company is how it stands behind its work, and I've been beyond pleased with how First National has stood behind the car they sold me. read more

So I got my trade in back like I should of from the start! Had to contact Attorney General Office and all of sudden I got it back, after their Attorney told me that they owned my trade in when I asked for it back within the first 24 hours of the deal! So ya I got it back I was told in better condition!! Ya right, the battery was stone dead brand new one i bought week before I traded it in! I cannot use the driver side seat belt it won't work, which did work fine before I traded it in! Also the radio doesn't work at all which worked fine before, I work at a car audio shop so I like to listen to music. But now that won't work! They are mad cause I contacted the Attorney General Office office if you have any issues CONTACT them right away, they should not be selling cars at all you could be next without a seatbelt to drive with when it did work fine. Oh ya bunch of the trim is broken when it wasn't before. I did read someone else saying they had stuff get broken also, but there is a pattern going on here!! These people are basically scam artist, they false advertise there prices online, they don't tell you that's the cash price not loan price....I understand there's fee etc. we show up and the back of the building is horrible there was bum hanging out in one of the totaled cars they had. The car quality isn't great! Yeah the body looks good but the engines were all rusted and had mice poop in them. They wouldn't give us straight answer and when we wanted to get the value of our car the guys said um no I'm not going to waste my time if your not buying a car......but the manager decided to take it for a ride to get his lunch..... Not professional!! So we decided to not buy a car but today I got 6 phone calls and voicemails and 6 yesterday to buy a car. I called and asked to not contact me ever again or I will have to file harassment. For example -- The car I was looking at - has a salvage title, it leaked & had mold in the trunk and they lied about it leaking, lied about how long it's been at their dealership (2years - unsold). The car had been wrecked and they tried to say it was "clean with no accidents"! LIE The reason the cars are marked down so low is because they all have s@@@ wrong with them. This particular car had been in 4 wrecks and she thought I was an idiot and wouldn't google & carfax the vin on my own! They just kept lying and there was no follow through on the sale at all once they realized they weren't getting a down payment from me without a contract. Who knows if I would have ever seen that money again!! Dirty place. Dirty, lying people. Dirty office. Dirty manager. The manager was always "gone" or unavailable by phone. when I tried to call to tell them what was going on, I was hung up on and transferred to voicemail that was "full" and couldn't take a message. My husband and I bought a car from National Fleet back in February 2010. Our experience was much less than positive. When we took it to a local Kia dealer for an inspection to see what it needed, they laughed at us and told us we shouldn't have bought the car. A few months ago, we went back to that same Kia dealer for a key replacement, and the guy who helped us said that National Fleet was great. He said they always bring their cars in after a trade-in and make sure they are in good condition for sale. We were a bit puzzled by this considering our bad experience with them. Recently, the new owner of National Fleet contacted me, asking if he could do something to improve our opinion of his business. Neither of us was convinced that he would really make up for our prior experience. We were quite mistaken. Just today, my husband took the car in, and talked to JR (the new owner) for a while. He and his staff worked hard to turn what had been a bad experience before the new ownership into a positive one. It's clear to both of us that he wasn't just doing the bare minimum to placate us; he really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied as customers. We are both convinced that we will go to National Fleet first the next time we are looking for a car to buy, and now I feel confident recommending them to anyone. read more

I drove here today and parked in the parking lot with all the other cars that were being sold and after 20 feet this fat guy yells at me that I parked in their driveway. There were plenty of other guys who were working that could have told me not to park there yet this guy "YELLS" at me! So I walk back to my car and call him a rude asshole and when my dad gets in the car this guy brings his sons to come confront me saying "Did you call me an asshole" As if I wasn't saying it loud enough the first time. I then explain to him why he is an asshole because you know yelling at people who are there to purchase theirs is rude and makes one an asshole. What's funny is this same salesman parked right next to my car moments after I had left?!?! We were in the same lot?!?! I really have no idea what this guys problem was but don't go there, they might yell at you for not wiping your feet before you walk on their pavement. read more

Love this place you guys and especially if you have bad credit I would highly recommend this place to you, it's got a huge selection of cars to choose from lots of good cars I came in told them my expectations and that I only wanted to look. They didn't pressure me into filling out an application and based on my budget they showed me a few cars got to test drive 2 and they worked with me to bring down the price and after finding the car I wanted a Volvo btw they actually got me approved by a bank and yes I was expecting high interest but that's how it's played y'all read more

Had a great experience with them. Found a nice vehicle with a GREAT price. Had some issues with the car which they took care of on their nickel (and it was probably hundreds of dollars with parts & labor). Were very nice, handled everything as well as anyone could ever ask for. Told them I wanted to take the car for a buyer's inspection and they were all for it. This dealership sold me a stolen vehicle. After a horrendous buying experience. Being treated poorly, told to leave and never come back for refusing to hand over a down payment for a car I was leaving on the lot, fighting to be provided a working key for the car I was buying wasn't enough for these slimy salesman. After law enforcement impounded my vehicle for it being stolen - this dealership went into hiding and refused to communicate with the bank or myself and hid behind each other. Ugh. All of the reviews are so true about this place. I wish yelp would allow negative star reviews. This place is a shady business all around. My husband and I came in to look at a BMW X5. I went into the office and was told that the car went to their Vegas location because they were expanding their business down there. The guy offered to show me a Ford Escape. I didn't want to be rude so I agreed but it was super annoying because we were in the market for a luxury vehicle and not interested in downgrading to text drive a stupid Ford. After my husband saw me he asked me why I wasn't shown the BMW. I explained to my husband that the salesman said it was no longer at the dealership. My husband called bull crap on that and said he saw the vehicle and it was in the upper lot.... my husband went back up to the upper lot to take a second look... he put two and two together and realized they posted pictures of a STAFF vehicle and put it on their website in order to get customers in. Super shady! Don't waste your time coming here, especially if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle. In regards to the reply: No thank you. Hello I am a realtor il in Seattle. We were looking for a new vehicle to add to our fleet. I came in and was approached by a few very kind salespeople and finally was matched up with a person by the name of Gokul. It was a very pleasant experience once I was with him it was a non pressure sales situation he knew exactly what I needed and did everything he could to find the car that works for my company. After sitting down with their financing I was able to be approved for a 7.8% interest and a $190 a month payment. This worked out perfectly for our office we worked with one bank it was about a one and a half hour transaction and we are out the door with our new car. It was practically one of the best car experiences I've ever had. We definitely will be coming back to purchase our other two SUV's from them within the next year. I would strongly say that Gokul was one of the most easiest low pressure sales people I have worked with in the past. I have purchased two cars from these guys. I am really quite surprised by the reviews. Let me tell you about my own experience. The first one was about 5yrs ago. I was looking for something sporty. They showed me a nice little Acura and were not at all pushy when I said that I wanted to keep looking. When I came back a few days later to buy, they were efficient and gave me a great price. The second time was after a few kids and dogs that don't fit into a sporty little Acura. I was in the market for an SUV. They had plenty on the lot in good shape for under local market value. Thank God I never got as far as actually going to the lot. My information was given to this "business" by a third party. I was contactes by GANI FERO in financing in Tacoma. AFTER telling Gani that I had already gotten a car he THEN decided to run my credit anyway and i immediately got an alert via my credit alert system. When I questioned this, GANI FERO then followed my question with multiple sarcastic/smart remarks and PROCEEDED TO TEXT ME A PICTURE OF HIS SCREEN WITH MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND OTHER PRIVATE INFORMATION ON IT!!! This stranger now has my PERSONAL INFORMATION in his PRIVATE PHONE. I had a great experience walking in. I was greeted right away by a sales guy. He had tons of information and seem to really know what he was talking about with each car I asked to look at. I had a great experience and being a woman trying to buy a car, they really made me feel comfortable and also made me feel like they were giving me the best deal possible. My experience with this dealership was less than easy. If I could give 0*, I WOULD.I bought a vehicle from this place and i had been driving it regularly until the temporary tags EXPIRED and they would REFUSE to give me updated ones and I would call and no answer or the call would mysteriously get dropped. When I finally got a hold of someone a couple days prior to the expiration of the tag, some lady yelled at me on the phone and said "well it isn't that date today IS IT?" I refused to take this over the phone so I drove an hour to this place and waited 30 min to be attended. Then they didn't believe me when I said my temp tags were expired and I got pulled over. Funny thing was, I also got told "it's okay you usually don't get pulled over for these because they know its a long process" WRONG. They finally told me that my title was stuck in a completely different state and I was told by my lawyer that it was illegal to sell the car without the title registered to the state. They refused to take my car back when I took it because "it wasn't possible" even when my lawyer said it was illegal to sell it that way. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN or recommend this place to anyone! read more

I contacted the dealer and received a message from Marcel saying when we are coming for a test drive that morning. When we got there, we were told the car was sold over a month or so ago. Like most people these days my credit is not what it used to be. My Prius turned 10 years old this year and I was really wanting a new car. Prior to meeting Jamison at First national Fleet and Lease I ended up at Ford of Bellevue. I do not want to knock Ford of Bellevue as they were very friendly but when it comes to assisting people who dont have perfect credit, they really arent the experts. I spent hours at Ford only to be told to go home and they would let me know tomorrow. They ran my credit to every lender they work with causing me to get multiple inquiries and lowering my score. The next day I got a call from Jamison at first National Fleet and Lease. I let him run my credit and call me back. He said he would call me back in 15 min. 10 min later he phoned and said "I can get you financed today, when can you come up". I had a meeting first and told him I could drive up after that. I told him I was looking for a current model year vehicle and the mileage had to be between 0 miles and 5000 miles. He assured me he had a large selection of vehicles that fit my criteria. That afternoon I met with Jamison and he was very friendly. He had the credit app ready and waiting for me so I filled that out and then we went to look at the suggestions he had on his lot. At Ford of Bellevue i was looking at a 2013 Ford Fiesta. I like the interior of the Fiesta but the styling really wasn't what I wanted. Jamison showed me a 2013 Ford Fusion first. It had 5,200 miles on it and was really nice and significantly larger than my 2003 Prius. I almost drove it but then Jamison informed me it gets 26MPG. I asked him what his next option was. He pointed to the car next to the prius which was a 2013 Kia Forte with 4,500 miles on it. I never considered Kia as I had a rental car in 2008 and I could not stomache the way the 2008 Optima handled but the styling of the 2013 forte was cute so I decided not to be a snob and step inside. The interior was roomy and the styling was much sleeker than the Fiesta. It had a more boyish appeal. Jamison sat in the passenger seat and went through my list of criteria. He pointed out the Satellite Radio, MP3 player and the blutooth audio that I told him was a must. then we went over other features and then he told me the car can get up to 36MPG on the highway! At that point I turned the key! Jamison and I did not have to drive far before I fell in love with the Kia. The acceleration was amazing. More than I was expecting and the car was comfortable and much more roomy than the Fiesta! Additionally the price was right and it handled much better than I was expecting!!! Jamison informed me that in 2010 Kia got the designer from Audi to come work for them and that he had changed a lot of things regarding the way Kia's are built. I said, I want this one! We drove back to the lot, comleted the necessary paperwork with their amazing finance gal Stephanie and I was on my way to my cousins graduation ceremony in my new car. heading down the highway I got 37MPG and I was very comfortable. I know there are some negative reviews posted about this dealership but it is important to note that this company is under new ownership and when I compare my experience to that of those who bought a year ago, I can say that the new owners combined with amazing salespeople like Jamison and a great finance manager like Stephanie has made my buying experience the best ever. I am 33 years old and since the age of 16 I have now had 52 cars. I know cars and I know car lots. This experience was hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car! The other nice thing about this dealership is that they are experts in handling people with lower credit scores! they only pulled my report ONCE and they used that one report to negotiate with the finance companies. Had I gone here first I could have saved myself the loss of roughly 30 POINTS on my credit score!!! I will certainly purchase from this dealership again and as far as I am concerned Jamison is my car guy! I highly recommend him, Stephanie and the dealership. If you want to save your credit and yourself, DO NOT do business here. I know applying for financing is already stressful as it is and the business here just makes a 1000x worse. I was told I had approval of 3 banks, and I ensured that it was an actual authentic approval and NOT a pre-approval or else I wouldn't have made th drive from Kirkland and having the fact that I had to drive to puyallup after. So I asked over 20 times (not exaggerating) if it was legit all of the extra, and I was told yes. Never got followed up upon request, and their staff doesn't have a filter. Unprofessional liars, on top of being told theres a 4K processing dee on top of the price of the car. And suggesting and fighting me about knowing my situation. The manager was great and all, but it takes a team, I've never been so frustrated over something so little. Though if you love the feeling of being "belittled" then I definitely recommend coming here! I would suggest to have this place to not even be your LAST resort. Save your credit, time, and money.
