I asked them if my items can be ready by Saturday (believe I was there on Tue or Wed. , they said yes. my husband came in on saturday , not only where they not friendly with him but the clothes was not ready like they promised me. My husband came back on Monday to pick up the clothes and paid our $127 bill (I did not think it would be this pricey) but he paid the bill and took our clothes. I was checking out the clothes they had fixed for me and when I looked at my BCBG dress it was BURNT!! I came back to the cleaners right away and told the short lady who had helped me before, she said they place the iron on all of their clothes and that was going to happen at their place and any other cleaners I took it to! I told her I paid over $250 for that dress which I had worn only once, she said it was not burnt, I begged her to please take it back and try to fix the (burnt look to it) so she did , I told her to please take her time and make sure it's taken care of, she apologized after the look on my face! she then said she will call me the following saturday

He patiently and expertly answered all of our questions. His price was the most competitive and we liked the work he had done in the three commercial locations that we visited throughout LA. However, it was too good to be true. As much as we wanted him to be our contractor, he apparently didn't want to us to be his customer! None of our multiple phone calls or two emails came back with a response. Nothing! It was as if he'd left the planet. We even thought maybe he was on vacation and gave him an extra week. Our realtor (friend) then gave us the tough love truth, "move on!" We've since moved to the competitor, who promptly answers our calls and is doing the work this week. The results were absolutely stunning! To start, the hardwood flooring looks beautiful all throughout. There was damage in one of the bedrooms before but now it looks brand new!
