When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me no managers are available. I assume this level of service is due to ending the relationship, though I, personally, have multiple high-balance accounts with the organization. Her only recommendation was that we empty the account to a $0 balance, which we were not comfortable doing since we had already done that and three transactions went through from an account my daughter didn't realize was linked *and* the bank charged three $38 overdraft fees as a result. The organization will not let you close the account or even update your address via the app or customer service number, so we won't be able to close it until she returns in June.
