Because the trust officer was quick to make excuses or even blame me every time I asked for updates she didn't have, I kept proof of having given her the necessary information to get bills paid. She was quick to coerce my parents to sign on for things that benefit her, such as wanting them to refinance a house (at age 96! with an already low rate mortgage?) through her bank, of course.
