I've dealt with home buyers and sellers for 2…read moredecades and the loan officers at the Bolivar and Somerville locations are atrocious and unprofessional. What should take 30-45 days and does at other banking institutions can take upwards of 2-2.5 months on clean straight forward loans. The loan officers need to be fired and replaced with competent people. From my experience the loan officers are rarely there and available.
