The loan docs were suppose to be at the notary at noon today my Buyers arrange for a babysitter for her 5 children and her husband took off work and they waited until 1:45 PM for the loan docs they never came I called to speak with Colleen the only person I was able to speak to was Angela who she stated she was my "go to" person that couldn't tell me were the docs were, 2 hours later we find out they wanted an extension in which I ask her at the beginning can she close by July 31th as they bank will not allow ANY extensions. I walked in about 3:00PM and I was the ONLY CUSTOMER. There were several people working there including two tellers. I went to teller window and asked to open an account. I was told they couldn't help me because "he" (no name or title) was busy with a wire. I said "no problem , I'll be happy to wait." Nope, they simply did not want my business today. Perhaps fear it might run past their 4:00PM closing. I wish I didn't have to deal with any large bank but the apathy and lack of interest in my business was most palpable here.

He encouraged I close my chase account and was happy to explain all the ways I could. Then proceeded to ask if I was interested in a business account or new credit card. Needless to say, I'm over Chase and this interaction left me unenthused on returning to this branch.
