No specific info could be found on their website. The conclusion that I can draw is that there is NO 2-step authentication with this bank... the only security for on-line banking here is Username and Password. The loan docs were suppose to be at the notary at noon today my Buyers arrange for a babysitter for her 5 children and her husband took off work and they waited until 1:45 PM for the loan docs they never came I called to speak with Colleen the only person I was able to speak to was Angela who she stated she was my "go to" person that couldn't tell me were the docs were, 2 hours later we find out they wanted an extension in which I ask her at the beginning can she close by July 31th as they bank will not allow ANY extensions. Colleen after 8 calls still has not returned my calls. I do not recommend this loan officer to anyone. I normally do not write reviews, I feel others do not need to go through with her as we did.

Mr. Tho Nguyen, prefaced our conversation with "I have an upcoming appointment but what do you need". So I proceed to tell him my situation and he states, "you should go to another bank." He encouraged I close my chase account and was happy to explain all the ways I could. Then proceeded to ask if I was interested in a business account or new credit card.
