It wasn't until I had my entire first floor gutted and explained to the contractor I would be using my electrician did I realize how exceptional Jeff's work is. I am sure at the time my contractor felt he would be more comfortable with "his" electrical contractor. Brad Hackett who has been a contractor for 20 plus years said he has never seen such exceptional work as Jeff's. Interesting, I didn't know there could be that much difference, I was just lucky. Because all the wiring was exposed I could see the perfection. It isn't just the wiring it is Jeff's attitude and willingness to adapt to find ways to make the client happy. Cathie

Had an issue last night that could not be explained and after I called them (after hours on a Sunday) they contacted me first thing Monday morning and said they would be right over to troubleshoot. Matt, Alex and everyone else at the company, thank you for taking care of my family to do it right and follow-up after to make sure we're safe. I've use you several times and there is a reason why. Thanks again.

I spoke to Erin SIX times and her reply each time was he was out of office and would get back to me. Fortunately, found another contractor who was at site next day, estimate day after that and started the work a few days after the bid was received. Also, new contractor was significantly less than Matt "guessed " at the original site visit so came out better off financially. Additionally, Matt was a bit condescending at site visit to both my daughter (her house) and me. Not a good trait in salesmanship. Used them for several years but never again. I have recommended new contractor to several acquaintances so Accurate's loss

The service tech was very professional and after his inspection, he explained the problem and the repair procedure. He did an excellent job repairing the unit and made sure everything was running fine and was cooling properly. I also called and talked to the owner and his front office employees. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and professional. They make you feel respected and treat your situation as their top priority. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know in the future if they ever need any heating or cooling work. Great company!

When it comes to reliability and customer service this company is amazing. Every service tech that has come to my home and the young lady that answers the phone all have been amazing. When you schedule service you will get a text confirmation. The nice young lady will call you the day of to remind you and the tech will call when they're on their way. Like I said, reliability and customer service is excellent. I'm deducting one star because there's a man that also answers the phone who needs more customer service training. Each time I have spoken to him I've felt like I'm interrupting his lunch or my questions are below him. There's no compassion in his voice. He speaks very matter-of-factly. When you're having a concern with your heat or air you're most likely already stressed. It sure would be nice to speak to someone who doesn't contribute to your issues. I requested a lien waiver from him last Thursday for work completed and paid for that day. I had to call today, Tuesday, to follow up. The nice young lady emailed it to me within 30 minutes. I hope everyone else is lucky enough to speak to her when they call.

The tech, was a really nice kid, and clearly put in a bad spot by his employer. Think twice, is our recommendation.
