Afterwards, I was called to have an appointment scheduled, and they worked with me on my schedule needs, Monday-Friday scheduling. The electrician they sent out was nice and friendly, and did a fantastic job of replacing my outlets and splitting our breaker box that had been previously wired with too many outlets on individual breakers, and they even labeled our breakers for convenience.
