Dr. Moon is so easy to talk to, she's smart and experienced, she's socially savvy and she just gets it. She knows how to run a good practice and leads a great team. We've lived in the area for 10 years and had tried multiple other dentists. One pediatric dentist we visited in Riverstone wouldn't let me go with my children for exams, they all disappeared behind a clouded door while I sat in the lobby. That made me very uncomfortable. In Dr. Moon's office, you're with your kids every moment of the appointment, even if they are having dental work done in the rear rooms. This was really important to me. We recently moved about 15 mins further from the office but I will still continue to use Dr. Moon. The only thing difficult is that many people have discovered how awesome she is, so it's pretty busy, especially during school breaks. I actually hesitated to write a review because I don't want her to get busier! But she will whether I write this review or not, many people recommend her in local forums. You might have to wait to get an appointment but your children will receive care from an excellent dentist.

The office is a SCAM, they would perform something you don't need at all (we had it done on 10/2021 and she did it again on 12/2021 for a out of pocket charge) and tell you to pay out of your pocket AT THE TIME of appointment, instead of informing you ahead of time, and then you are obligated to pay. We wouldn't even come over to do the cleaning if we knew they would perform something that weren't covered by the insurance. We had the exact same service done (Cleaning + Fluoride)in October 2021, and she wanted to perform the exact same thing (Cleaning + Fluoride) in early December again and the fluoride was a out of pocket thing without advance notice and permission for the December visit. Why would we need fluoride again in such a short period of time again??? The fact that they knew insurance wouldn't cover the extra service and they still offered us to do it was really bad. And the fact they didn't tell you until you are there, caused us to pay for unnecessary bills that we could have avoided. The customer service is also very unfriendly and rude when you ask them to explain why they performed something unnecessary, she couldn't give out a good answer and directed me to wait for a call back from the doctor. Dr. called back saying they have too many patients to take care of, and they couldn't track down your insurance plan. My problem was still not resolved, and she refused to divided half of my bill because of their failure to prove me a pre-estimate ahead of time, and we had to pay for the entire bill of the unnecessary services they performed. I would suggest this office to provide a pre-estimate before the appointment like most of the other dental offices do to let patient's know the financial responsibilities, a few days notice would be totally fine. I was experiencing jaw pain and was extremely uncomfortable and I texted Dr. Khanna on a weekend and he came to see my teeth on a Sunday evening, because I was leaving for college the next morning! I could not believe that he would do that for his patients and I was extremely impressed and touched. I would highly recommend Dr Khanna because he really treats all his patients with care and gives them personal attention. And why should your kiddo have all the fun? For adults they offer massage chairs, TV with surround sound, gourmet coffee (and other refreshments), and complimentary wi-fi. The extremely kind staff and quick paperwork (done via iPad) will ensure that your first visit is pleasant and seamless. Past the doors, out of the waiting room and into the dentist's office, you will find fully themed areas showcasing Disney and Pixar movies (I even saw some Harry Potter)! To my surprise, after the visit was over, I was handed a gift bag with a lovely customized water bottle inside! As we approached the exit, they asked if they could take a picture of Lily for their patient file. Again, they surprised us with a fridge magnet with Lily's picture that said, "Our Newest Star!" Grown-ups aren't the only ones who get presents. After a happy visit, your child will get a goody of his/her choosing from one of the various free toy vending machines, and a balloon! And don't forget to grab a flavored chap stick at the checkout counter (I chose Strawberry Aloe Vera, but there are several other flavors). I swear, they give more free swag than an Elite Yelp event. My only complaint is that with so many wonderful features, it might be difficult to convince your child to leave! By the way, this dentist office only services kids.. I asked so you don't have to. I implore you to get your child in here as a patient before there's no more room. I promise that after just one visit, your child will have plenty of reasons to smile besides having healthy teeth.
