His quote was the lowest by several hundred dollars, plus I got a good vibe off him. The trees were huge, and one was in the back yard and hard to get to. After a previous experience with another tree service where a tree branch nearly fell on my house, I was pretty nervous about having more work done. The crew did a phenomenal job, and Jose, the foreman, was great as well. Everyone was professional, respectful, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. I would definitely recommend Marshall Tree Services to anyone who needs tree work done. Great company and great people!

My neighbor hired this company to trim a tree that is located on our property, with some branches…read moreextending over their property. We have no issue with them trimming the portions of the tree that extend onto their property. That is not what happened here. The crew continued cutting approximately 8 feet beyond the property line and onto our property, despite the property line being clearly marked by a 6-foot wooden fence. This was not an ambiguous boundary or an accidental few inches over the line. When we approached the workers and asked them to stop cutting on our property, we were verbally harassed rather than given a professional response. The situation escalated to the point that we had to call the police to get the crew to stop. A professional tree service should understand the importance of property boundaries and, at an absolute minimum, respect a homeowner's request to stop work on their property. I have never encountered such blatant disregard for a homeowner's property and a direct request to stop. Having to call the police to protect our own property from a contractor is outrageous. I would strongly encourage anyone considering hiring this company to think carefully about whether this is the level of professionalism and respect they expect from a contractor working around their home.
