We researched local SD County roofers (from where we're at now - over 1500 miles away) and discovered Roof Masters. Chris L., our Project Manager inspected the roof and provided a VERY thorough analysis, complete with pictures and video. He then developed an estimate with several options. We opted for the 40 year workmanship warranty, and learned that the GAF shingles manufacture's warranty is good for 50 years. Roof Masters communication's and presentation was impressive and detailed. We were informed of what materials and methods would be involved in the process of reroofing our house, and kept advised of changes and milestones before, during and after the 4 day job.
