I informed them that she didn't like her face to be touched and her feet and I knew she would be a challenge for them. Other groomers gave up on Nahla and left her face half cut before. When I went back to pick her up, she looked AMAZING. I couldn't believe how successful they were. Her cut was a classic Toy Poodle cut as requested. I also wanted her feet cut down and they did such a great job with her. I know she wasn't the easiest client but hopefully that changes over time.
