We began having problems with circuit breakers tripping with our washing machine and then, two over the stove microwaves went out over a short period of time. I did some research and looked at lots of reviews, finally contacting William Moore, owner of First Class Electric here in Douglasville, GA. Mr. Moore was very responsive, efficient and fairly priced. He listened carefully to my concerns. We were advised that we needed to replace two circuit breakers and when I found my replacement microwave, he returned, did the installation, checking the wiring to the outlet to assure that it had been wired properly. I contacted First Class. Electric for multiple projects in my home. Apparently there business number is a cell phone, Bill Moore asked me text him the address and the details of the projects I wanted completed and he would be at my home at 10am or earlier on Saturday. I sent the text immediately. This was on Thursday, a did not receive a response until Friday night around 8:30pm stating that he would not be able to make the appointment, he had to go out of town. I had adjusted my travel schedule to be there, which was very disappointing. Apparently First Class Electric is one person, Bill Moore with a cell phone. He did try to reschedule, however I have decided to hire a more reliable contractor with additional resources. Beware of websites they can be misleading. read more
