Second time at this cleaner. First time was a great experience and no issues. This time we experienced the heat pressed barcode into all three of the blazers that will not come off. The front store recently got update with a virtual drop off and pick up which was great and easy to use. While I understand that the barcode is meant to prevent items becoming lost, this seems like an extreme measure since it cannot be removed and is at a visible location if I ever take the blazers off. I brought them in on Friday evening, and they were done by Monday afternoon. If you are visiting for alterations keep in mind that the seamstress only works Monday-Friday. DO NOT GO HERE -- PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS THOROUGHLY -- THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES I recently moved from Chicago and decided to give this place a try, given that it is a 2 minute drive from my apartment. I should have heeded the warning implied by the bad reviews, but I didn't expect them to ruin some of my garments. Now after looking back at some of the reviews, everything that happened to me was written plainly and I second the other comments that this place ought to change practices drastically or close. When I first dropped off my clothes, they just handed me a ticket without even looking at my clothes or letting my point out stains on one of the shirts. When I did point out that the stain, the reaction was nonchalant and bizarre compared to every other experience I had with a dry cleaner ever. Usually a dry-cleaner will investigate your clothes, find stains proactively, and mark them with easily removable stickers. Also, if you point out a stain, they will mark those. When I pointed out the stain, the guy didn't seem to react at all, which was my first warning that something was off about this place. Next, they don't follow directions. One of my shirts is a soft button-up, basically an extremely soft long sleeve polo. I saw "starch" on the ticket for the garment, and I asked them to not use starch. The guy confirmed that they only use starch for collard button-up shirts, and that they would not apply starch to this shirt. Nevertheless, when I picked up my dry-cleaning I could feel the starch on this shirt. Next, it is very overpriced--$12 per garment for dry-cleaning, which is much more expensive than what I am used to. Keep in mind I moved here from Chicago, where everything is significantly more expensive. Finally, and most importantly, they put these stickers on some of my shirts (depicted below), that can't be removed without essentially tearing the fabric. At first, I thought it was sewn on somehow and almost thought that I purchased my shirt like that, until I saw the same sticker on other (completely different) sweaters that I brought there. The darker brown shirt depicted there was a $250 shirt, and now it is ruined. I tried removing with goo-gone, soap, water, etc before the fabric eventually tore. I am SO PISSED. Given that they don't follow directions, I'm fairly confident that if I went back and told them not to add these heat-sealed stickers, the stickers would still be applied. I've been getting my clothes dry cleaned for over 10 years now, and never have I seen this kind of sticker applied to a garment. I'm not sure in what universe adding an irremovable bar code sticker to a dry-cleaned shirt (if its being dry-cleaned, safe to assume its somewhat expensive) is acceptable. Amateurs. read more

I should've consider the 2 stars when I decided, upon relocating to Orlando to use this service. I dropped off laundry, was a bit of mystery as the fellow at the counter told me that this is the first time someone drops fold-and-wash. I picked it up the package 3 days later, got home and found .... towels. Went back, they told me the receipt on the package matches my account. Reasons to not come here: 1) They tattoo your clothing with bar codes. 2) The manager is useless and COMPLETELY deplorable. 3) Corporate headquarters is just as bad. 4) Lose your clothing. 5) Ask to bring it back to fix after they had clothing for 10 days, lost it, and didn't fix or clean it. 6) They are just terrible overall and would never let them clean a single standard white sock of mine. I would have a better chance of it coming back clean and proper if I threw it out in the trash, wished upon a shooting star, and waited with anticipation. I always used this cleaners and I never had a problem with them. Sometimes there were spots that they missed but never complain or asked for a refund. It happens. I recently brought my pants there that had a few coffee stains. When I received the pants they didn't even check to see if the stains were off but they did send them back. The second time I got them back the stains were gone but a new stain appear. Highly disappointed a pair of pants ruined and still haven't heard back from them. Took my Lilly Pulitzer shirt there and they ruined it. It was a beautiful hot pink blouse made of silk. Tried to see if they would reimburse me for the damage. I have been dealing with them for months. They had the nerve to imply I damaged it. Every time I go there my shirt isn't there or the manager isn't there. They were trying to send my shirt to a "lab" for an investigation. Give me a break. I had gone there before and had no problems. I suspect they changed hands. My shirt is designer and cost 150.oo not only is it ruined but the day I went to pick it up it was still dirty! I have never been so pissed off on my life. These people keep giving me the run around. So far, not good. First they missed a promised delivery date for a suit that I wanted to take on a business trip. Next I took the collar cardboard off of a shirt to find a crushed button. Burn marks from iron, broken buttons, and items that aren't mine. It is the customers fault. I think I know if the clothes are mine or not and being told that is what you brought in is just mind blowing to me. So now I have clothes that aren't mine and of course they can't find mine. This was my first time using this cleaners. I needed a suit dry cleaned and dropped it off Sunday. It was ready in Tuesday at 5 and the cost $15. The suit looked good but had a few extra creases from pressing. One around the lapel and sewing was not done with a lot of care. I would use this cleaners again for their convenient location but it's a huge bummer they didn't give me back my hanger and make an effort to find it. When I bought the suit it came with a nice hanger. As far as hangers go, this one was one of the nicest I owned. The edge is nice and thick for a suit and it has a felt lined pants bar. Unfortunately it did not come back to me. I went back after work on Wednesday and the employee couldn't find it and offered me other people's hangers. They just weren't the same. I was advised to come Thursday when the manager was working. She just told me it would get thrown away and they usually ask people if they want to keep their hangers. Not only was I not told I would lose my hanger if I left it with them, why wouldn't they just call to make sure or make it a policy not to throw away hangers? Especially if it's a suit hanger with the name of the suit company on it. You would think the customer would want to keep that. read more

Stay away from this dry cleaner (especially this location) unless you never want your belongings on time. I've been using First Class for over a year now and 80-90% of the time, my clothes are not ready when they are promised to be - often times, I have to wait another two days. I'm dry cleaning standard material shirts and slacks, nothing complicated. This is simply not acceptable for a dry cleaning service that "guarantees" your clothes by a certain date/time (they ask when you drop your clothes off if you need the clothes sooner, but, if not, you still receive a "guaranteed" pick-up time). I realize dry cleaners ship the clothes out on trucks, but this is not an excuse for not doing their ONE job - to return my belongings clean and on time. If this ever happens to you, DO NOT pay for the late garments - this is part of their own policy (written on the wall), they CANNOT charge for an item that arrived after the guaranteed time. Regardless, they WILL try to charge you - 100% of the time I've had a late item of clothing, they try to charge me for it when I come to pick it up and every time I refuse and have to teach them their own policy. The staff (who are very friendly and polite, which is a shame given their terrible service) always act ignorant - or maybe they actually are as there are about 900 trainees working here (different person every day) and yet zero experienced staff members or managers ever on site. It's also very distressing that this dry cleaner does not even LOOK at your clothes when you drop them off - they literally sweep them onto the floor behind the counter. They do not inventory it, they do not inspect it for damage or stains - I've asked and they claim they do this after the customer leaves, but then the customer has no idea what they found! How can you tell me whether a stain was or was not present if you didn't look at the garment WITH ME when I dropped it off? Someone could easily scam this place out of all of their money by each time claiming that an item of clothing was lost because First Class NEVER counts the number of items upon drop-off. A good dry cleaner always needs to go through this with the customer so that there is a mutual printed record of the clothing and its condition, no surprises. It would also be nice to get a price estimate UP FRONT but you can't because they don't look at what you've dropped off so the price is always a mystery until pick-up day (I still have no idea what the actual clothing rates are for each garment, this information is not published anywhere and it's a different cost EVERY time, pretty fishy). The "receipts" you receive literally only have a name and a pick-up date, no item list, no price, so not really a receipt at all. Maybe if they did inventory in person, then they could actually make realistic promises about pick-up times, provide a price (so you can decide if their prices are way too high, which they often are), and finally then they could tell if an item "needs more time" (which is always their excuse for delays). I will never return to this dry cleaner and strongly discourage any professionals who need clothes in a timely manner from every stepping foot in here. read more

I may revise based on other future experiences (will use them to get the 70% off future cleanings for being a new customer). Issue #1 - this cleaner does not inventory your items when you drop off - if you aren't bringing in bagged, then your items get mixed in with other items which leads to #2 - the cleaner lost my suit coat momentarily...it was on a rack to the side but not bagged with the other items I had dropped off - had I not been diligent in checking out the items before I left, I may have very well never realized (or able to get) my jacket from a $500 suit (explanation was that a bunch of stuff was brought in and my items got mixed in). #3 - this place is pricey...they offer you 70% off your 2nd, 3rd and 4th drop-offs when you sign up online with email and a code they give you on a slip - if they can offer you 70% off, it shows you how much they mark-up the services for items - I paid $30 for 5 shirts and 2 pants (because they lost my jacket, I didn't get charged for it). At my old place where I lived in the Mid-Atlantic, this would be a $12-15 order. After I get my next 3 70% off orders, I will determine if I use them again or try somewhere else. The problem is that there are few options in my area and this is the closest to me. I don't know about you, but driving 15 miles in a metro area to drop off dry cleaning isn't something I want to do too often so I might get stuck with this place for a bit... read more

Wish it was possible to give a zero star rating because this place would definitely get it. We are new to the area and did not do our research before using this place. My husband needed a couple of suits cleaned as he has a conference/banquet to attend and a wedding the following weekend. When he dropped the suits off, the woman asked for our address. When he gave it to her, she rudely said "Oh, you don't live in Windermere" and rolled her eyes at him! (We live in Winter Garden). Excuse me, ma'am, but we have super expensive homes in our neighborhood as well. Today, when he picked them up, he was floored at the ridiculous prices. Like someone else said, they charge more than a hotel does! We won't be back there. Too bad for them, because we were completely loyal to our cleaner at our previous address for more years than I can count. I love First Class cleaners. I signed up for their weekly delivery service and its awesome to have my dry-cleaning on my front door step. No matter which cleaner you use there will be issues. Its just the nature of the business. What I rate a location by is how well they handle the problem and I have to say that this company is stellar. In fact we had four shirts from the same maker who had the same funny impression on the pocket. The manager could not figure out why it was happening and ascertained it must be a flaw with the shirt since it was only happening on those in particular. The manager then contacted the manufacturer on our behalf, sent the shirt away for their inspection and we got four new shirts as replacements! read more

They do dry cleaning, rugs, comforters and even shoe repair anything you may need, they can do. I needed my items for an event the next day and they offered to express it, at no additional cost!
