Always chit chatting, I guess "On a break" but seems pretty coincidental it's always that way when I'm there. It must be nice to get paid to work someone and actually so do little work... especially poor customer attention and not pleasant attitudes at all. It felt like we interrupted their private conversations to expect them to do Bank Work. Would not recommend to anyone and everyone who brings up banks I warn to stay away from this branch in particular.

I inquired about my Time Account. She suggested that I schedule a call from one of their managers on Friday at 1PM. We confirmed my cell number and I left the bank. I thought that will be great. And there is ALWAYS something going on at the third bank which guarantees an unfavorable experience. The time prior to today that I visited that branch, it was "temporarily" closed because of employee shortage -- they said. Today, I'm not sure what it was. Once inside, I was told to leave -- no explanation, but they said they would help me at the drive-through window. I went there and waited on numerous cars ahead of me.
