Absolutely the worst bank experience I have ever had. As a business owner, referred several clients to them, then they went in and undercut me and took some clients that I had referred for lending. And all my banking business is with them. I will be closing and moving every account I have there. I was a client for over 15 years, and they could care less. Easily referred a couple million dollars in mortgages and commercial loans to them, and never got anything in return but a slap in the face. Avoid them at all costs.

And there is ALWAYS something going on at the third bank which guarantees an unfavorable experience. The time prior to today that I visited that branch, it was "temporarily" closed because of employee shortage -- they said. Today, I'm not sure what it was. Once inside, I was told to leave -- no explanation, but they said they would help me at the drive-through window. I went there and waited on numerous cars ahead of me.
