Always chit chatting, I guess "On a break" but seems pretty coincidental it's always that way when I'm there. It must be nice to get paid to work someone and actually so do little work... especially poor customer attention and not pleasant attitudes at all. It felt like we interrupted their private conversations to expect them to do Bank Work. Absolutely the worst bank experience I have ever had. As a business owner, referred several clients to them, then they went in and undercut me and took some clients that I had referred for lending. And all my banking business is with them. I will be closing and moving every account I have there. I was a client for over 15 years, and they could care less. Once inside, I was told to leave -- no explanation, but they said they would help me at the drive-through window. I went there and waited on numerous cars ahead of me. Unfortunately, in June, 2026, they "updated" (ruined), their website. If you're on your computer, you now must have a passcode sent to you, either by phone, or a text, before you can view your account. I don't use cell phones. And, now if you call SECU, you always, 100% of the time, get an automated recording and if you want to speak to a live person, it sends you to another automated recording where you then wait for a live person to answer.
