I recently left another insurance company after 20…read moreyears of loyal business because Allstate whipped their butts on rates and customer service. Two years ago I was referred to this office by a friend and I called and spoke to Jill. She took my info and later informed me there wasn't much she could do for me at the time rate wise due to a speeding ticket. She told me she would call me in two years to see if I would be interested in re-visiting switching to Allstate - I politely said "sure" thinking I would never hear back from her. Fast forward two years, low and behold, Jill Lucas calls to see if we could get a better rate for me! Folks, I haven't seen that kind of dedication often to any job but, it only got better from that phone call. Going through Allstate my rates dropped 50%! In fact when I told Liberty Mutual I was leaving they gave it a "college try" on a new policy rate but, couldn't touch Allstate so, it was time to part ways. I have no love for LM and will not miss them at all. The customer service and attention to detail Jill provides is excellent. I am glad I was able to switch to Allstate through Jill who has been with me every step of the way through the harrowing process. The fact is, we need more people like this in the world. Good customer service is a dying art since everything is outsourced these days. I am very pleased so far with Charlotte Holt's office and with the services I have been provided. I am indeed in good hands.

    I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went to this location two different times and got…read moretwo different representatives. I am a college student from out of state and went here to switch to the company from liberty mutual. The lady never looked at my information. As soon as I explained my situation and mentioned out of state, she immediately turned me away and basically stated that since i was from another state she couldn't help me. I thought that was weird so when I got home I called customer service and the lady on the phone told me that her not being able to instate me into the company was a bold face lie. The lady on the phone PERSONALLY got me my insurance policy. All state offers the good student discount so unfortunately I had to go back to this location and physically hand in my transcript and a letter from my dean. So I went back and handed the lady my papers and GUESS WHAT?! their computer system was down. Terri her name was told me that she would personally scan my information in and I could leave if I wanted to because the system might take hours to come back. She offered to print me out my insurance identification card and I agreed. Then she said I could go and she would email me when everything was done. So i left. It was only suppose to take a maximum of 48 hours for my policy to appear online and on the app. I kept checking every day and about five days passed and I was getting worried. I called customer service again the man told me that nothing was scanned it. I WAS LIVID!!!!! so once again the person over the phone had to help me out. I emailed him the information and he scanned it in. Save your time and just go to another location or call customer service. I don't understand how lazy people can be at their own job. Don't go here, it's a bunch of lazy a s s - f u c k s
