I don't know how that's possible but she informed me that they would not be paying for the rental car and is my responsibility to check my policy every 6 months to make sure it's correct and there is nothing they could do for me I will tell you this much I will never ever use State farm again I've heard other horror stories but until recently I've never had to file a claim when we followed one with the other car it went fine 20 years and there's nothing they could do for me.
