First, the "front" of the bank is locked and you have to go around to the back to go inside. Second, they are slooooow and incompetent. I went in to this branch to open a simple checking account and ended up being there for nearly an hour. Elizabeth needed assistance a number of times to only realize she forgot to put an "x" in a box then proceeded to take my driver's license and SS card to the teller's window area where she put together my packet of info and never returned back to her office where I sat waiting. I came out to see where she went and she was assisting a drive-thru customer. She handed me the packet and we exchanged some friendly conversation and I was then on my way. A few hours later I arrive at a new Dr appt and reached in my wallet for ID and it was gone. I look and see KS bank left a VM on my phone stating they have my ID and SS card. Wasnt able to see the Dr without my ID so I drive to KS Bank to get card. One month later, I still do not have my new debit card so I go to the branch to see what happened. I am met at the door with Elizabeth putting up an "out to lunch" sign. We have a brief conversation where she explains away their "glitch" in the system and I am not believing it. I call to address the matter with management stating we arent getting off on a good foot here but wanted them to be aware of the issues. I received a call later in the evening from the bank manager stating that since I was having a bad experience, she went ahead and closed my account and would mail a certified check out with my funds. A week later, I received a call from the branch stating they decided not to mail the check and I needed to come to the bank for my funds. I am beginning to think this bank is going to hold my money hostage. Going there now. Will update review later.

Well's Fargo you can deposit money from  your phone, SECU will not let you! Our main request ended up an employee not telling the whole truth about a loan, at the end we looked like fools calling everyday about what's going on.   My husband and I got approved for a loan, and we did it on line.  Kelsey was awesome!  She told us everything we needed to know.  When it was time to sign we had to go to the bank.  We choose this bank off of 50, because it's closer to our house.  We meet with Jamie on Thursday at 10am she was nice at the time while we we're signing the paperwork.  At the end she told my husband and I that in 3 days the money will transfer and that we could call on Monday to make the first transfer over.   Monday rolled around and the gentleman who answered the phone said that Jamie said our money wouldn't be in until Wednesday?!  Friday is the first day, Monday is the Second, and Tuesday is the third day.  So of course when we called Monday (as she said to do), it mad me and my husband look like all I wanted was the money!  My husband is the witness to her saying this too.  Then that gentleman who answered the phone said to call again today, so we did and again Jamie is talking to us like we should have known this!  No one seems to tell us the full truth and it makes me (the customer) look like a greedy person.   I'm tired of having people tell me one thing and in the end make me look like I don't know what I'm doing.  In the long run SECU employees do not know what they say, and need a lot more practice. This is NOT customer service!

They are rude and unhelpful.They kept canceling my debit card because of fraud, but never let me know I would simply go to use the card and it would get declined. One I would only find out when I called them to see why my card wasn't working.And they were like" oh, there was a suspected fraud charge, so we canceled your card". This happened twice in about a year. I don't even know what the suspected fraud charge was.They just told me they saw something that looked like fraud but they would never tell me where it came from.
